I highly recommend Enterprise in New Windsor on Route 32. The service I received was excellent. Shenoy Lilliard is a management trainee and she was the lovely lady that helped me with my rental car, I was in a car accident in December 2023 and Shenoy made the whole process so simple, it was a very hard time for me after being in a car accident, my nerves were shot , but Shenoy greeted me with such a caring and professional manner she just made the whole experience such a pleasure. Shenoy worked with me and went out of her way to locate a car for me that I was comfortable with, she was able to get me into a Nissan kick and made it so, ( I would be covered under my insurance ) and also Shenoy went and picked up the vehicle at another location andbrought it back to New Windsor for me, I only had to wait 30 minutes and I was on my way. If you are reading this review and need a car rental go visit Shenoy at Enterprise , you will not be disappointed, she’s the best ! Thank you Shenoy and Shawn for all your help with my rental car. Shenoy and Shawn were tremendously helpful, calm and friendly, all while providing excellent service! There was a hic-up but they provided alternative solutions and accommodated changes as things changed. Every step of the process was smooth and easy. Thanks to both of them, and the other staff that were also ready with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. Over our twenty years in this area, whenever we needed to rent a car we have used this Enterprise office and we've never been steered wrong or disappointed. Thx for consistent, reliable, friendly service!

I wish there was a way to leave separate reviews, 1 for the company and 1 for the agent. My agent was very professional and tried to accommodate my vehicle needs as best as he could. I give him 5 stars. Enterprise needs to do better, no push to start cars...it's 2023. No safety features on cars that are standard now. The 2 huge keys stuck together, very inconvenient and pointless...if I misplace one then I have no backup. Please get cars that have standard safety features and get rid of the keys...it's about time

There is excellent customer service at this location with every sales rep. I’ve listened each one of them and how they talk to their customers. My sales rep was Jaylin, and he was very informative. He informed me of everything I needed to know about renting the car to returning it. I didn’t feel nervous about any extra fees or charges etc.Overall, You don’t feel like they’re just trying to get your money. They will let you know straight up.
