I went to Cowan today for the first time with 2 watches that needed batteries. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly and very professional. Took great care handling the watches and replaced both batteries while I waited which I really appreciated and didn't charge me a fortune. Excellent job repairing a watch for me. Very friendly, excellent service. This is the first time I've been there and the reviews are very accurate. I would highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. Nice to see a family business that still understands what it means to take care of customers.
