This place is also known as "Bernicker". Really disappointed with their service. I called them and asked for a quote to get a tire and swap it on my rim for my tractor. i was told $59 for the tire plus the cost to swap it. I show up on site two days later and they tell me it will be $75 plus the cost to swap. i then ask if they will swap even if i buy the tire. they say ok. i buy a tire and it was much cheaper than their prices but it was shipped to me deformed. he told me i would now have to buy a tube along with the price of the swap. while i agree the tube may be necessary cause it was deformed but i was tired of getting nickeled and dimed and that their prices changed between quotes so i left.***update*** the tire that they said was too deformed to mount without a tube, well I took it to STTC Tire in Marlboro and they said no problem and mounted the tire without a tube for less money than I was quoted here

I can't understand the negative reviews below... I have dealt with Bill and his staff for years and have had nothing but positive experiences with this business. They are friendly, competent accessible and courteous. They go out of their way to go the extra mile and explain everything that they do in terms of servicing and repairing your equipment. I had my lawn tractor repaired there recently and a problem recurred a week or so after it was returned. Bill picked it up promptly, tested it extensively at the shop and took corrective action, all at no charge, including pick up and delivery. He stands behind his work and has earned my trus

I had my very old Snapper snowblower overhauled before the winter of 2017. It needed a tuneup and the auger wasn't turning . I had already checked the pins that were in tact. They checked it out and did the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion. Bill picked it up and delivered it back to my home in just a few days as promised. I found him to be very professional and courteous. When it WAS returned, it had a small issue which was rectified at no cost. I can't imagine what the other reviewer experienced to have such a negative review! I only gave 4 stars because I need to have it serviced again...if MAY be an unrelated issue, however.

Bought a $200 weed trimmer here and a $3000 Cub Cadet mower. My concern was transporting the mower for service each year so I was promised free pickup and delivery each year to have it serviced there. This was written on my invoice. 9 months later I call to have my mower picked up for a tuneup and I'm told that no agreements previously made are being honored due to the business being sold. They are all family there and the same family still works there. The person I talked to on the phone was Bill. He was unfriendly and rude. We had dealt with him once before and he was unbelievably rude then also. So much for trying to buy local and support neighborhood businesses. My wife and I are both managers who deal with the public everyday and have never spoken to customers the way we were spoken to by Bill. We would have been better off to buy the mower at Home Depot. They had the exact mower for the exact same price.

Trying to do the right thing, buy local and spend a little more money.. Stihl FS40 weed trimmer lasted 5 hours. Told it was fuel related.. All my other small outdoor power equipment runs fine.. I think the Companies have an easy way out to blame fuel.. I treat my fuel.. followed their storage procedure video which states empty and run dry.. Dealer told me I should have left the fuel in it... Save some Headaches go to Home Depot buy one for 100.00 .

If I could give no stars I would. Cornwall power lied to me. And did not stand by their word. They are liars and no one should buy anything from them. They are crooks. Please don't buy anything from them.

I highly recommend this business! This past week we bought a generator from them. They personally went out of their way for their customers, including us, & drove up to meet the delivery truck to bring much needed generators back for their customers who had ordered them. We are forever grateful for this! Thank you so much!
