I highly recommend Consolidated Medical. They go above and beyond to make sure your medical devices are fixed correctly, and in a timely manner. I want to thank everyone from office staff to techs for all their help and continuing support especially Mike who is an amazing technician who sees the job through to make sure it’s done correctly.

My husband is quadriplegic and we have gotten multiple wheelchairs, power wheels, etc. from Consolidated Medical. Mike is so helpful, he brings different equipment to our home for my husband to try out, and we feel he’s very knowledgeable about the newest equipment out there. He tries his best to save us money on things / using health insurance whenever possible. Doug and Jessica are also very helpful in getting us what we need. Thank you for always squeezing us into the schedule and getting my husband the best equipment possible, as quickly as possible!

This is an easy review to write. My husband just received his new wheelchair from Consolidated Medical and he couldn't be happier. This whole process was such a pleasure from beginning to end. Imagine writing emails and someone actually writing back!!! :) (thanks Jessica). We had a very bad experience with another company. The staff at Consolidated Medical are polite, attentive, experienced and willing to help in any way that they can. We will continue to use Consolidated Medical for all of my husbands needs. Everyone at Consolidated Medical is absolutely wonderful. From the first point of contact via email with manager, Diane, regarding the rental of a scooter to the in person office visit to learning and understanding that the jazzy passport chair was a better fit for us, was a great experience.Jessica took great care and time with explaining the differences between the two mobility units and in demonstrating how to operate each unit. She provided easy to follow instructions and patience while demonstrating how each unit assembled and unassembled. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.This office staff rocks!!

I highly recommend Consolidated Medical. The staff is friendly and helpful. My mother just received a customize wheelchair she looks so comfortable in it. Its a very nice looking wheelchair. The technician Mike was amazing!! Thank you.

In this virtual environment where it's hard to get a live voice on the phone or customized personal service, I want to acknowledge one business that bucks this trend. As a long time wheelchair user, I have have consistently received high quality and personalized service as a customer of Consolidated Medical & Surgical Supply Company in New Windsor for over 20 years. It's owner, Doug Crana, knows all his customers by name and will roll up his sleeves when necessary to ensure his clients, like myself, receive prompt and individualized attention. I cannot recommend Consolidated Medical highly enough.

Working with Doug Craner from Consolidated Medical has been a great experience. Never having to get a motorized wheel chair before, his expertise was a blessing to our family member who has MS and is delighted with this new chair. Doug made sure that the chair was fitted properly. Our family member is now able to have mobility that was not available before Doug gave us a few options as to the price & worked to get us the best chair. We would highly recommend Doug & Consolidated Medical for anyone Medical & Surgical needs. Thank you!

Doug, Michael and the entire staff at Consolidated have been exceptional from start to finish... Whether it is a repair, a new wheelchair, beds, walkers, voice activated home... Name it, they're the best. They communicate, coordinate and most importantly CARE about their patients/clients.We had horrible experiences elsewhere before finding Consolidated Medical.
