They don't care about others and not honoring the deal they made because they care about their money. They missed a delivery appointment because they left work early on a Wednesday, and that made me miss my appointments because they don't care!

One of your employee that’s a white man with brown/black hair was driving vehicle with the license plate 84517NC at 11am on 07/27/23 on Robinson Ave by NFA north campus is a horrible employee. First off he was driving reckless, meaning speeding and break checking me for no reason. He also was putting his middle finger out the window multiple times for no reason. If your drivers act like this, I don’t want to know how your in store employees act. Horrible

Return your trucks without fixing the problem. Not one time almost every time over the last 5 years i think service must have been paid on units out the door. thankfully we found a new shop that fixes the 1st time.

Had an issue programming keys for my international c/v truck. Called and they emailed me instructions on how to add new keys to the truck. As they didn't charge me for that the least I can do is leave a good review.

They list a vehicle for sale online and yet when you call you are sent to a voice mail with no return phone call. Sent an email to find out if its for sale, No response. Terrible customer service. Must be buying their reviews and not real people.

I absolutely recommend ARKEL MOTORS AND HUDSON VALLEY IDEALEASE!! I went in for a reoccurring issue on my tractor, seen by the same shop 2x, another shop 1x, and ARKEL MOTORS..NOT ONLY diagnosed it..had me fixed up, problem solved, and back in the road in a few short hours, without any prior notice!
