“In the 3+ years i lived at sycamore gardens, I had experienced overwhelming personal difficulties including the death of a close friend, a divorce and my father being stricken with a deadly cancer which he amazingly overcame. The staff at sycamore was always supportive and courteous and the maintenance guys were knowledgeable, helpful and timely. The grounds at sycamore were well maintained and parking was never an issue after they increased the lot in 2019. The close proximity to Cumberland farms was also a great convenience. Unfortunately I had to break my lease 9 months early and I still received my security in full. I thoroughly enjoyed living at sycamore gardens and I'd give them 6 stars if I could.”
“Out of all the Apartment complexes in New Windsoe Old Forge is the best followed by Knoxx Village. Old Forge is very picky about who they let in there and thats a good thing. There is also min salary\wage requirements to rent from them.”
“I would rate this complex 100 stars if I could. Very reasonably priced for the space, quality, and amenities. Kelli, Kim and Anthony are always very responsive when it comes to any issues and very friendly whenever you pop in the leasing office. The apartments are beautiful and modern. The pool is clean, warm, and always staffed. And the grounds are very well maintained. I look forward to the smell of fresh cut grass every week with the constant landscaping LOL. I come from a complex with few dumpsters that were always overflowing so it is much appreciated how many trash areas are here and trash is picked up 2-3x a week. Another perk is having washer/dryer in my unit. It is quiet and all tenants I’ve ever been in contact with the last 2 years are courteous and pleasant. There are PLENTY of dog waste stations throughout the complex so you don’t have to scramble if your furry friend unexpectedly goes and you ran out of bags. The ONLY thing I’d change if you asked me would be a fenced in area for my dog to run for a few mins a day as there seems to be a ton of dogs here and they could all be besties”
