I call about getting my 12 year old hair braided (shoulder length $200 ). When I said it was a bit pricey, but before I could tell her, I was going to bring her anyway she hung up on me. (Rude and disrespectful) I just took my business elsewhere.

This is absolutely one of the worst braiding places I have ever been to. I had gotten passion twist by Sally one of the braiders and within four hours they started to come out I had reached out to Yacine for a refund and she denied it. She then told me to come in the following day to get my hair fixed which I did, when I arrived at the shop it was closed so I called her and she just told me to come in another day. The whole situation was frustrating and the owner was completely unprofessional. I’ve had multiple people tell me about their bad experience here but I wanted to try it out for myself. Sadly they were right.

My daughter didn’t get what she asked for which was knotless braids and was charged for knotless braids. When asked the owner Yacine to address being refunded for the poor job Yacine couldn’t consider half of what was paid even tho it was not what they advertised to be knotless braids. And behind it didn’t pacify the situation and gave me an attitude.

They only thing I can say I like about this place is it’s clean. I gotten my hair done twice and the first time sally did a good job. However recently I went back and let the owner do jumbo braids and they were horrible. They braids were lose and sloppy and the parTs were not straight. They look horrible especially now after a few days smh never would I return here.Service: Hair extensions

The owner did my braids, they were loose after just ONE week, and she refuses a refund and will also not re-braid it [EVEN after sending proof in a video of the braids being loose] just one week later. I had been a loyal customer for years and the other beautician always did a great job but I will take my business elsewhere after this experience. I am highly disappointed.

The braids I got were decent, but prices are a bit expensive for what you get. I’m not sure if it’s that way because of the location. But you can definitely get the same styles of braids cheaper at other locations. I don’t think I’ll return. I had medium size box braids, above waist length. The cost was $250.

Love going here. They do not take appointments so you should be there at opening. Never there more then 3 hours and that says ALOT. Everyone is super friendly and about their work so your in and out. Pricing is reasonably. I send everyone here.

Tomorrow is my child per-k Graduation and my Daughter here looks terrible. The her look 1 week old and it started to Unravel when we left the Beauty salon. I'm just so upset about how it look. I wish they would of told me that they didn't wanted to do it because it look rush and I would of just want to the Bronx in got it done. It you have younger kid don't go here because they don't take the time to make them look there best. I'm not going here anymore Waste of 60 dollars.
