iam Leah Kaufman I was there in 10.21.23 at 3.50pm I waiting long times to someone come up no body coming I go in side and the man in there was sleeping I call the man after he pumped my gas he clean my window I ask them what is your name he say Washington and I no ask them to cleaning my window I was washed my car 5 minutes go in the car wash and after he finished he ask me for 10 dollars for the window wash I told hem call your boss he say he is the boss

my name is Cohen Friedman I was in this gas station on 10.21.23 evening on full service side the man after he pump my gas he no give me my change the gas was 34.00 and I give the man 40.00 cash the man name was Washington he rob me and he was so nasty with me rude I be tell everyone in my temple to no go there

I was in the middle of a trip from Pennsylvania to western Massachusetts when my 2012 CRV started thunking hard. I thought I had a flat but none of my tire indicators were on, nor any of my engine lights. I pulled off the highway and parked on the side of the road in a residential area and started investigating, which for me means kicking the tires and checking the oil. I'd just had the brakes done, but I couldn't see anything loose. A neighbor walked up, asked if he could help, but the problem seemed bigger than either of us could fathom. That's when he recommended this service station. I pulled in at about 9 o'clock on a Saturday morning, and the place was hopping. The owner came out, listened to my story, and said he might or might not be able to get to it today because his guys were leaving at 1 PM. I didn't have a lot of options, driving to the service station made me very nervous because of the clunk and clatter, so I parked the car, called around, and started calculating the cost of having my car towed 160 miles to home.Joao, the owner, came out to check on me, and I told him I hadn't found any other service stations that could help. He said he'd squeeze me in. His mechanic drove it into the bay and figured out the problem in one minute. Loose tire. As in, one of the bolts was about to pop out and the rest were wriggling free. I shudder to think what would've happened if I had been on the Hutch when the driver side front tire decided to separate from the vehicle!All of us breathed a huge sigh of relief. The mechanic double checked my new back brakes, tightened all the Lugnuts, and then they sent me to the local bagel shop with a list of pastries and coffee for the team. This was the lucky, lucky day I got to buy everybody breakfast as compensation for the repairs. Otherwise, no charge.As a musician on the road, I've had my share of breakdowns and emergencies. All in all, I've been really lucky, and today was no exception. If you're in a pinch, I recommend Joao and his friendly, efficient team without reservation.

Last week I needed my tire replaced asap and this was the closest gas station. On such short notice, I didn’t think the mechanics would be able to help but they acted fast and helped me back on the road! They were very kind and communicative. I appreciate their help and couldn’t thank them enough!!

This place was literally a life saver for our trip. The ball bearings went out on our driver side wheel. The owner took us in, got the part ordered and the car repaired in one hour. I can’t thank them enough for their service and care!!!

On my way to visit some gravely I’ll friends, my car broke down in a place I was completely unfamiliar with and this service station was the first I encountered. The mechanic immediately took the time to assist and worked relentlessly to figure out the problem, even staying late and taking it upon himself to drive to other shops to find the part I needed. Even after the repair was complete, he offered to follow us for a significant period on the interstate (until his home exit) in order to ensure our safety. I am very thankful to have found such a kind, helpful and persistent person in the middle of a city I didn’t know and a pandemic that has us all a bit nervous. Thank you!!
