I can't express how disappointed I am by my experience here, and I wish I had read some of these negative reviews before I came in. I brought a white blazer in which had a little dirt on it and pointed it out to the owner, and she basically ignored me. Didn't mark the spot as I've seen elsewhere - just took the jacket and my hanger into the back and said don't worry. And the prices were astoundingly high. I came back one week later to pick up the jacket, and the stain wasn't gone, my jacket wasn't on the hanger I brought, and when I complained about the stain still being there and the lost hanger, the owner yelled at me, saying I was an annoying customer and that it was too hot to have this conversation. I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life, and I feel something a little worse than being ripped off. Because now that dirt is probably deeper into the fabric. 0/10, will never come here again.

I thought the woman behind the counter was insincerely polite, buy actually kind of rude. Their prices are very high. Live and learn, I won't be coming back.

I've been coming here as a loyal customer for more than 5 years never had a complaint and prices were always unbeatable... went in to have a dress altered and was charged $85. The reasoning was that it was 2 layers. I've never paid more than $40 for anything, yes including intricate evening gowns. I will never return. Unfortunately, my sister came here days later and has had the same great prior experience, but this time she too experienced a huge increase in price... something that has cost $20-$40 in the past was $110. Don't go here, you will get ripped off.
