Amazing customer service.
The manager clearly knows how to run this operation, I often see him working the lines ahead of the sales clerks at the cash registers. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Kudos to all the staff and the manager. I wish I knew his name!

I made an appointment online with the notary that is on staff at this location, and received confirmation via email. When I arrived at the store at the appointed time I was told by the people behind the counter that they’d call me when they were ready. A few minutes later I was told that the notary wasn’t in the store and that he wouldn’t be back for 35 minutes. When I expressed my frustration at having made an appointment I was asked “well did you call to confirm it? You have to do that.” How would I have known that? I received an email saying my appointment was confirmed and to call if I needed to make a change. A complete waste of my time and no understanding from the staff on site.

Staff failed to inform me that pkg. was “ground” thereby delaying arrival beyond expected delivery date of 4/10/24. When I called no one took accountability for failure to deliver as expected nor was any professional regret expressed and staff had no idea when I could expect the package.

Dropped off an international shipment today. Joe Rocco helped us and asked us about additional documents that were needed for customs. We thought we had everything, but upon looking there were more documents online. Without Joe, we wouldn’t have known this and who knows where our package would have ended up. Thank you!
