Very amazing service from first time doing my nails the women were very gentle and kind. I moved 1hr away and came back to visit family, went in to maintain my nails and again service is amazing. I don't like going anywhere else<3 I love this nail salon!

My sister went to this nail salon got poorly done nails and was held in a room until she was forced to give a tip! after paying more than 300 dollars for the nails alone.

Such a scam ! Hard gels broke the next day. Wouldn’t even wax my upper lip. Paid 300 dollars for something I can get off of Temu. And held me captive in the back until I paid her a 40 dollar tip. Would not recommend.

I had a bad experience at this nail salon. They accepted me when the salon was closing, but I did not expect them to rush the service. My pedicure had to be 10 minutes and my feet were barely massaged. As soon as I paid for the nails, the lady who did my pedicure was shoving a sign in my face that said that they only accept tips in cash, venmo, or zelle. It was courteous of them to take me during closing, but they shouldn't have taken me at all if their rushed service is worth $2. A lady also told me my nails were "kinda done drying" and rushed me out of the salon. I noticed my nail chipped when I got home.

I have been a customer here for years. Good hygiene practices. Great selection of nail products and services. They don't try to upsell to get more money. They might try to add some massage time into the nail service, which I usually am okay with. The technicians are friendly and will listen when you have something specific in mind. They have a loyalty program as well.

I would not recommend this salon. I came with my friend last week on Sunday. The prices we were charged were astronomically more than the prices reflected on their signage. I went in for a gel fill-in. I had my nails filled down to a medium length. When I arrived to this salon, I had XL brand new acrylic nails with designs on every finger. While at this salon, one of my nails had a crack so they told me I needed another new acrylic. In the process of doing my nails, the tech broke another one of my tips and I had to get a second. I got one design on both my middle fingers. The way they fill the nails here is with some kind of sculpted gel that burns your nails so harshly. My friend and I could barely sit through it because it hurt so badly. The nails that were replaced were crooked and had to be redone several times because it kept being put on crooked. It was a pain for my nail beds to be damaged by putting them off then on then off. The colors they have in the books were out of stock, so I had to change my color choice several times because they didn't have them available. At the end of my service, they said it was over a hundred dollars- for a gel FILL! When I asked for a breakdown of the price, they changed the price and opted to give me one of the tips (which the tech broke) for free. They said that they charge an obscene number for designs (I think 8 or 9 dollars) per nail- which I got two. Which even with the upcharge, it shouldn't have costed that much money. I've never seen prices that high for a few little gems. I have gotten my nails done all over the country and this is the most expensive fill I've ever received in my life. Within days of leaving, the nails that they replaced fell off in my sleep (?). I could understand if the craftsmanship reflected the price, but it did not at all. I got a simple design on two fingers. Every other nail was plain. I left with crooked nails, all different shapes, that literally started falling off my hands days later. All in all, save your money and time and go to a different salon. You will be spared the pain and stress from this salon.

I gotta gell manicure today and 4 hours later it's chipping I have done nothing today to make them chip and am now realizing this is not the first time this has happened to me if possible I would give this place a 0

I waited 40 minutes with my feet soaking for them to finally start my pedicure. I had called and made an appointment and they left me there waiting. I had also called to ask for pricing before hand and was told 75$ for a gel mani and pedi. But I was charged 93$ because that’s how much it would be for a gel mani and regular pedi. I was definitely trapped into paying more. I wouldn’t mind paying if the service was better and the end product was worth 90$. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.Services: Pedicure
