Waiters were nice. Decor was fine, but the food was awful!!! I ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and was grossly disappointed. Meatloaf just tasted like bread, mashed potatoes were watery and flavorless, and the gravy had a weird processed aftertaste to it. Nothing seemed to even be seasoned with salt or pepper. I politely asked the waiter to take the food after 3 bites since the food was bad, and was taken back when I saw the charge still on the bill. Charged $20 for meatloaf that was wretched and sent back. Never wasting my money here again.

The steak sandwich was tender and very flavorful, the stinger sandwich was crispy and juicy. Everything we had was flavorful, the frosé was good too. We went on a Saturday at 7:00pm and it was basically empty in there so we got seated right away. Great low key spot for a cheap but delicious bite.

The Wooden Spoon has always been a staple for us who live in New Rochelle, the perfect blend of comfort and American cuisine theres honestly no reason to not go. Great prices and my usual is either the chicken&waffles or grilled cheese with tomato soup ??

Best wings in New Rochelle. They make them non battered. The Mac n cheese is great. Everything is good.About 30 dollars a head. If you drink beer. But, you can eat a nice meal for 20 total. With their specials

Love this place! Best Brussels sprouts, great comfort food like burgers, Mac and cheese and tater tots. The spoon salad is delicious if you're looking for a healthier option.

I’ve been using the wooden spoon for my catering events for the past two years. They never fail to come through with their service and exceptional food. I would highly recommend them for events or for a sit down dinner.

This has been one my Favorite places to eat in New Rochelle since we moved here a few years back. It was recommended by someone. It has a cool laid-back vibe. They usually play music, but not oppressively loud like some other places. Good place for a beer and a burger. The burgers are great, the fries and tater tots are super crispy. You can pick from the menu or customize your own. The steak sandwich was good, the chicken and waffles was good. Pretty good menu overall. They have a place to sit outside in the back, so we usually eat outback when the weather is nice. I wish they had a selection of hard Apple ciders, but other than that I highly recommend this place.Parking: There is a public parking lot behind the CVS a couple of blocks away that you have to pay for, but it’s free on Sunday. Otherwise you’ll have to take your chances with the street parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a backyard with a bean bag toss game. I’ve been there with friends, and their young child. We never had a problem.

Bangin' 10/10 server was cool as hell (wish we could've hung out all night) and the food was epic. My lady got a burger that she liked a lot and I freaking loved the smoke show, could've eaten another one for dessert if I wasn't so full. Fries were perfect, crispy but not too crispy and not oily at all. Easy walk to Regal Cinema. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Great, cozy spot with comfort food galore (e.g. make your own mac ‘n cheese, designer salads, chicken pot pie, tater tots). Portions were ample. There is also a fine menu of alcoholic beverages and a patio area in back open in warmer weather. On a side street between Huguenot and Main Street, this casual eatery is not to be missed. Desserts were exceptional.
