The Studios at Pine Brook Fitness checks all the boxes! It's always clean, fully equipped, and offers adequate parking. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm so grateful to have access to such a fantastic facility to train my clients and teach group fitness classes.

As a fitness professional I highly recommend The Studios as a place to bring your clients! The entire staff are so helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean, plenty of parking, and the rates are great! Also great for Instructor that teach group class too.
The Studios is Westchester's Premiere gym rental facility. We have 4 rooms available for rent for hosting of fitness classes, personal training sessions, physical therapy, dance classes, and more. We also offer monthly memberships if you would like to use the rooms to workout yourself.
