Best climbing gym in New York! Very friendly staff, I worked with an instructor called Kemmy Ortago. They were very knowledgeable, my seven nieces and nephews had a wonderful time. Kyle Folks Douglos was also very helpful at the desk and he did a human flag.

Fantastic staff and lovely members. My son Kenny was having difficulty on a challenging climb and when one of the front desk workers Ivy saw they came up and gave him individual attention (they called it "beta" !) and he finished his climb and couldn't have been happier! Will definitely be returning.

We hosted our daughter’s party here, and it was a big hit. Staff was great, and it was one of the most well run parties we’ve ever experienced. Thank you, Benjamin and all the other members on your team that made our daughter’s day special!

Great little gym tucked in a residential area in New Rochelle. For novices: friendly staff, lots of instruction, places to sit and hang out. For climbers: grippy walls, new holds, interesting routes that seem to be mostly 5.10 and up. Both old school and modern, somehow. Will climb again.

We went as a group of 5 and had such a great instructor !! His name was Daniel. We really enjoyed the experience!It was our first time and we just had tons of fun !!!Do come down you won’t regret it !

Last time I went here the guy at the front charged me full price for bouldering and auto belay, even though there ONLY comp boulders on the wall, and the auto belays became off limits 20 minutes into my session, so 2 climbs, for a group of kids to climb instead. I will NEVER be returning because every time I go I'm faced with something stupid happening to take my money and prevent me from climbing. The instructors and parents need to teach consideration. They don't need to learn it from strangers.

Our son’s birthday party was hosted at The Rock Club and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff was very professional and attentive to our guests (which is not easy when you have a bunch of little kids) and everyone had a great time.

I had a great experience on my first visit to the rock club. Staff was friendly and helpful and had my group climbing quickly. If you've never climbed before, I recommend scheduling time in advance with one of their certified guides. You're limited 4 auto-belay ropes unless you're with a guide, but that was plenty for us.

We had my daughters 10th birthday at The Rock Club and were so impressed-it was well run, organized and the kids moved it. From the minute I arrived Ben walked me through every step of the party and the kids had so much fun. We had 15 children, the amazing thing about this party is it is good for boys and girls, we had a mix of both. They broke them into 3 groups and after 90 minutes of climbing they were hungry, tired and smiling. Thank you to the staff and team who made everything a birthday should be-a ton of fun, super interactive and engaging and most of all safe. I would highly recommend this facility and my family and I will be back again but this time just us to climb and have fun!

1/14/2023We had an excellent time here! Our instructor, Daniel was very intuitive of what we could and could not do. He was friendly, encouraging and extremely helpful during the climb. I can't recommend this place enough!

We love the rock club! Super inclusive, never have to wait and everyone cheers everyone else on, regardless of level. Every person who works there is very kind and super knowledgeable. Love it!!
