I go here on the regular but there's always a different person working there. One guy sold me the wrong item, when I went back for exchange, the new guy wouldn't let me change it. I still tried to purchase a few items and now they don't take debit card. Too much hassle. I'm going else where

Great store, very knowledgeable staff here in New Rochelle ( also in Stamford, CT) who can answer any question you throw at them. I've been going here every so often for the past 2 years. They have a wide variety of almost anything smoking related. I've never bought nicotine so I can't speak about the products that contain nicotine but everything I've bought I've been very satisfied with. I went in yesterday looking for a small metal ring for a 510 thread vape with a magnet that I've purchased there before, they didn't have it in stock but, they offered to bring it from their Port Chester store overnight. The item isn't more then $1 but they offered to go above and beyond what I was expecting. I didn't take them up on the offer as I'll go to the other store soon and pick it up myself to also check out their other store.My only wish is that they have more of a brand selection other then Rut CBD products for CBD

Just bought an item form this place. And the product doesn't work. I asked specifically for the right product and they gave me a defective item. Keep saying they can't do anything about it because of Covid. Me and my friends always use to go to this place. Even refered a lot of people. Not anymore! You can keep the money. Worst!!!!

Scam artists. Sold me a used piece of $h!t torch that broke on me within a week and a half. Called them up on the phone and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Never coming here again.

I have been shopping at the Glass Room for a number of years. They have a decent selection and pretty standard prices. The reason I am rating this place two starts, is because of their neglect towards the cat that lives there. She is an elderly cat with several health issues, and I’ve come in many times to see her fur completely matted to her skin. I went in there recently, and the cats back nails are so long, she can’t keep herself upright. She’s sliding around the floor and is having a very difficult time walking. The owners need to stay on top of her grooming because the lack of care is incredibly neglectful and aside from it being harmful and unfair to the cat, it’s not a good look for their business.

Went here yesterday to buy a new water bong. It had been a few years since I last visited but the shop was just as amazing as I remembered. No, it's not cheap, if that's what you're wondering, but they're not charging for an inferior product. Everything is high quality and the associates I've dealt with are friendly and patient as well. Also, they have an adorable shop cat named Duchess who likes belly rubs, so... what more do I have to say?
