1 star because there’s nothing less. I went in with my boyfriend in search for a bracelet or necklace for his nephew. As soon as we walked in, the woman in the front was rude. We asked for help as to what we were looking for and she was more concerned about our car being double parked outside exclaiming it would be a $50 dollar ticket. She was so rude about it and if it was said in a different way maybe i’d understand a genuine concern. However, She brushed off our question and didn’t really want to help us. I ended up moving the car because she was so rude and adamant about it. I left and didn’t go back in, my boyfriend stayed and purchased a necklace. He shared how rude and disinterested she was in helping, it seems like she was emphasizing the price more than being genuine. So disgusted on the customer service we received. I hope no one has to experience such poor and unwelcoming service like we did!

Lovely store and service. Went in for a quick repair on a bracelet and they were lightening fast and resolved the issue expertly. Also have a cool case of estate jewelry, and some very cute rose gold and diamond lariat necklaces. Will definitely be back!

They did an excellent job in repairing my wife wedding ring. When they were finished with repairing the ring it looked better than brand new. Now I have a happy wife great job and thank you.

The moment you walk in there you realize that you're in a place where they are going to treat you absolutely beautifully I have had work done by them and I have never never been disappointed. So if you have any intentions of trying anywhere else, you will be missing out on a wonderful experience at Talner.

My wife and I have visited this gem of a jewelry store several times. Brian and the other ladies that run the shop are the epitome of old school Westchester expertise and service. Worth the trip!
