Once again Joey was able to order & receive within days the watch I wanted at a very good price. This is the 3rd time in a year that he's "done good". Only issue was UPS didn't deliver "next day" as they were supposed to.

Poor telephonic customer service. I called to inquire about soldering my wedding ring and engagement ring. The man who answered the phone was very abrupt and I felt I had to pull teeth to get all of the information I needed. I will not use this jewelry store.

My experiences with T&R Jewelers have been absolutely unbelievably amazing! The care, attention, and quality of service is absolutely unrivaled! The people/family that works there are the most kind, helpful. and caring! Michelle is absolutely wonderful and incredibly attentive and helpful. I cannot recommend this store enough! They are highly knowledgeable and very well versed in their products and provide excellent care and support. Just a wonderful place!
