This storage location in New Rochelle are THIEVES, they stole each and every valuable thing my daughter had in her storage from coats, one of which I bought her for $800 and the other coat $1400, and a plethora of Jordan’s, red bottoms , LV shoes and bags vintage items. They are thieves the girl that works there Emoni Rivers that lives in the Bronx tried to tell my daughter on 3 different occasions not to call the police because they would take forever to come, and also tried to deter from making a report which according to her supervisor/ manager (Ozzie)of the site said she was supposed to complete and she didn’t, she left without a word to my daughter about anything, no contact information for corporate or her manager. She lied and told my daughter the printer wasn’t working so she couldn’t fill out the claim form at the facility, which is I lie we realized later on because I witnessed her printing out paperwork for a customer to sign, she is a lier and a thief and #STORAGEPOST of NEW ROCHELLE should be ashamed to employee a thief, she also works at the PEHLAM location so if you were robbed there I’m sure it’s because of her or her supervisors. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MY DAUGHTER is REIMBURSED for EVERYTHING THEY STOLE that she worked hard to buy. That’s evil they are evil.

This storage marketed themselves very aggressively but once you signed up, you realize how poor the customer service is, especially by a so-called customer service "manager" by the name of Emonie Rivers. i provided feedback to her that I needed access to the basement floor where I can push the cart out without climbing stairs. She rejected my request right on the spot saying "we are not giving people access WITHOUT REASONS". I requested to speak to her manager. She made up all sorts of excuses not for me to contact her manager and in the end said "my manager is on vocation". She gave me a general phone number for the nationwide Storage Post, and said that "you will have to call us.. nobody is gonna call you" despite I requested a callback.This place is also designed very poorly with lots and lots of stairs and it is an absolute maze inside.edit: you already reached out. Your "district manager" called but provided no apology and no acknowledgment that your company could have done a better job listening to your customers. Her attitude was also unappreciative and in customer friendly. Both interactions demonstrate that this company's understanding of customer service is extremely narrow and lacking.

Update. This has been resolved. Thanks so much for helping me out.Victor was so very helpful!Moral of the story: people get busy and sometimes help is a little slow to arrive.If you are persistent, you’ll eventually find the right person. Victor is an asset at the Storage Post location in New Rochelle. I hope he’s appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate him!Damage due to falling ceiling. No help!Need to update my review. I've been a customer for 5 years and have ways enjoyed Storage Post.However, I have damage to one of the rooms and it's getting progressively worse.I've mentioned it to the staff several times.I'll try to upload some of the pictures shortly.

I absolutely am very happy I chose this storage facility to put my belongings in. Not only is it very clean. The gentleman behind the counter in New Rochelle is absolutely amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He also was a tremendous help to me. I am handicap and he helped me push my cart. I am also very deadly afraid of elevators and the gentleman escorted me to my unit on the fourth floor. I forgot he’s name but I think it was Vector. He deserves a raise. Happy customer here. Will recommend it to everyone. Thank You.

This place decided to install these extremely bright lights outside causing a lot of discomfort for residents that live in the area, my apartment now is very bright at night and I'm having a lot of trouble falling asleep .. even tho after they agreed that the lights were very bright they said that they won't do anything about it.. showing total disrespect to the families that lives nearby.. I'm very unhappy with this storage and I recommend all my friends and acquaintances to avoid this storage location

I've had this storage room for 4 years. So far as I know, there haven't been any problems. The rate goes up every year, which might cause me to get a smaller room somewhere else. Lately, there have been construction workers using the loading/unloading dock area. So I have to park a block or two away. Which is annoying but not life threatening.

Only used there service for 6mos but the staff was great @ the start & end. Would recommend this facility. Premise is always clean & equipment is always available for use.

Not worth the money, customer service is horrible. The place itself is not up kept at all. Floors walls and gates are dirty.One time I found a bunch of smoked cigarettes literally in my storage like somebody swept it under my gate. Multiple mouse traps and roach traps on all floors. This is my first experience with a storage and my last.The prices they charge are not even near worth it. Storage rooms are also dark with barely any light at all.Avoid this place.

Managment is terrible. Place is DIRTY!!MICE ALL OVER THE PLACE . The place floods all the time and they do nothing to try and fix problems. The young kid they have working there should be working at the movie theater selling tickets because he is clueless. He would be better cleaning uo up the mice droppings all over the place
