This pharmacy is the best one in New Rochelle. Who would have thought?! It’s stress-free, I never have to wait, and Rebecca is always super friendly and has my prescriptions ready to go. Plus I can do all my grocery shopping. 10/10 ?

Great friendly pharmacy!!!!!!!! They always answer the phone within seconds! No lines to wait on! Recognize me with a smile, and retrieve my prescriptions without me having to say a word. I should have left CVS years ago!!

I've had the most lovely experiences at this pharmacy over the few years I've been coming here. Everyone working behind the counter is wonderful, except for one! There is one gentlemen with an Bronx/Italian (possibly) sounding accent who is, to put it simply, just an a**hole. Not only does he speak to me like I'm a moron, he also seems to have an issue keeping his opinions about my medications at bay when having an interaction. Bummed to say I've moved my prescriptions to CVS. Just not worth the unpleasant interactions.

Don't make a mistake buying something here and expecting to exchange or return it. A tiny little sign at the service desk tells you that you can't return anything you buy in that store. Not very convenient when it's not marked anywhere else in the store!Management....change your policy to stand with the customer for a simple return and then I'll return to shopping at your store.
