This place keeps changing owners and now they have gone up on their prices. It is currently called Mai Nails and Spa LLC. The manager/owner is Mai who claims to not be but is calling all the shots. They are charging crazy prices now and adding tips in. The place is not even kept clean and the new staff are not all that nice. The guy Mikey might do go nails but he has a very bad attitude. They also never have an enough staff there. The supplies there is old and not kept clean. Some of the products have been on the shelf for over 4 years. Where is the fresh stuff? The last owners took all the good stuff and left. It use to be really good when Linda was the Owner and now it’s horrible. I will no longer be returning. There are so many nail salons in the area that do better work, have better prices and better staff who are respectful. I would rather go to a brand new nail place than here.

They are always changing ownership without notifying their customers. It's annoying to walk in and find that the chief nail tech/owner has, "...gone back to China." I've been going here for years and they say the same thing with each turnover.

I would figure after so many years have gone by the would have upgraded in their work staff ect. Me giving them the benefit of the doubt, came today to get a full set and pedicure and let me say this before MONEY ISNT THE PROBLEM but don’t keep charging me 15$ more for dipping powder and your not evening dipping it and doing it regular it’s call dipping powder for a reason . Oh filling on my toes 5$ each nope I’m good can’t even do my nails shaped and how I asked them for now every pedicure already comes with them removing your dead skin now you charging me more that like I said money isn’t the problem but if ya gonna sit here keep added up this number my nails and toes need to be what I’m paying not one nail shorter then the other skinny from two wide from the rest not keep asking me is the good like that like girl who’s the so call professional you or me???? Like come on and then make my nail bleed casue you filing to much and me having to fix my OWN TOES nope never again don’t recommend next time I’ll wait another day to go to my nail place SMH 130+$ for short white nails and toes I pay 100$ where I go and they come out bomb and last long and do as asked natural nail it is . They need to really shut ya down and use this space uo for something betterServices: Nail cut & filing

I used to come here often as a native to the city but prices have went up and quality of work has went down. I'm guessing it's the new management but I'd recommend you head elsewhere.

So far ive gone 4 times. I do like the work they do but they charge for everything. I have never gone to a salon and they charge you $10 for the shape of your nails on top of the price of the fill in. Usually I'm only charged for the shape at the initial install of the full set. Not every time going forward.... they have a great selection on polish and only one person does nail extensions but She does good work. I will say the last 2 times I went I definitely felt I was over charged. Because the prior 2 times they didn't tax me for every procedure of the service.

EDIT:This place is under new owners & is now called LINDA Nails & Beauty.I got SNS Nails done in June of 2019 & they look nice ! Will add review after 2nd visitEDIT #2: Update 2nd Visit . July 2019 (3weeks later)1☆Had a mani pedi & I doubt I will return. The gel pedi was unevenly applied & 'splotchy'. They don't seem to have many colors & the swatches did not match. I was disappointed & often asked for the polish on toes to be applied evenly & for Dip Powder to be thinly applied. I also had to try various colors as both polish & dip powder were not a match to the swatches.

Although customer service isn't that bad but the quality of the nails is horrible. I went there Saturday sept 21st and got a full set when I left it was cool but later that day and the next my nails started to suddenly chip and break. By September 24th all my nails were off do more quality of nails. Went back September 25 explained the problem and the nail tech did them again (free of charge) which was helpful , now today sept 29th all my nails are off again due to low quality nails. I know this because if I was to go to another nail place my nails would last no matter what for at least 2 weeks I've never had this problem before until going to this nail place Absolutely wouldn't recommend!

The quality of the work has gone down. I think she has her kids working for her now. I usually get a callus remover treatment on my feet and it is usually great but this time is sucked. My feet was still rough. I use to think this place did the best SNS nails now not so much. Its lumpy and think. On top of that they increased their prices.
