I have been going to Silhouettes for many years and my hair which is very thick and difficult to cut always comes out beautifully.

I came in with virgin, chocolate brown hair and asked for barely there highlights just to give dimension. I should have known immediately that something was wrong as she brought out bleach to do the highlights. With my virgin hair, there was no need to use bleach to lighten it by just one shade. I left the salon blonde. When I came back an hour later to tell them to fix it, the owner was in shock and everyone in the salon was going against me, saying that the blonde looked good and to keep it. I'm upset that my previously healthy, virgin hair that I spent so long growing out is now unnecessarily bleached underneath hair color that they had to put on top of it to fix it. I attached pictures of my before, what I asked for, and then what I got.

Debbie is excellent. I'm never disappointed with her work. Plus they follow the covid guidelines which makes me feel comfortable in the salon.

Just had a fantastic haircut from Donna. Had to get a new stylist after a long time and I was apprehensive because of my thinning hair. The cut was perfect and we had a great conversation which is always nice!

Silhouettes is by far the best salon I have been to. Debbie, my hair stylist, always gives me exactly what I want. I leave satisfied every time! I have referred many of my friends to this salon and this place is now our new spot every couple of months!! We are always welcomed with coffee and water when we walk in and we feel comfortable with all of the employees that work here! They are all so friendly! This place is great and I highly recommend it to everyone!! ❤️
