This is a great supermarket. But it's seriously tight and crowded, and unless you drive there it's difficult to dangerous to navigate there.

The order from home to pick up from this location hasn’t been the best. The first time a month ago it took them 5 hours to do the order and and wasn’t ready so I had to wait. This second time I have so much missing off my receipt. I didn’t noticed until I was unpacking. Ordering 43 items to get only 36.

Large market. Easy parking.Good of products Update 2/8,/22The store is so well provisioned easy to park and friendly employees to help you. I downgrade the store now to a two star because out of 15 possible cash registers to service outgoing clients only four were active. It's a disgrace to have people waiting 20 to 40 minutes to check out of the store. If this is the new ShopRite way of helping its customers I suggest people shop elsewhere. Hi my last visit I noticed that there were more cashiers. It was a definite improvement so obviously somebody did read the review I posted and acted in a positive manner. I was back today and in the hot weather the store was not that crowded although there was lines in every register. As usual all the sale items what's terrific buys and although I did not want to spend a lot of money I wound up spending over $80. But at least now I don't have to go out for the next couple of days and I'm supposed to be around in New York. Has to being out of state for a bit I can visit a ShopRite in New Rochelle. I noticed prices for substantially higher I guess because of the inflation . So mainly I only bought items that were on sale. I'm happy to know that there were more cashiers to service the people checking out . The store today was not crowded at all and I was happy with that everything I wanted to purchase was available. Yesterday was another visit to the store. It seems like they did not have enough cashiers to process the outgoing people. That was a lucky day shopping because the store was practically empty. Everything on sale was As usual the staff at the service counter was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. It was another successful shopping tripAnother positive shopping trip. All the items on sale were available. The staff was friendly and there are enough cashiers to make sure everyone left in a timely manner. The last two visits were disappointing. Every item on sale at the bakery portion of the store was unavailable. This happened twice in my two recent shopping trips. I'm happy to say everything on sale was available. It was a little slow waiting on line to check out. As usual the staff were very helpful and friendly..

The ignorant rude salvation army guy, stared at me and turned his body towards me as I entered the store!! Thats not how to get people to donate, thats how and why people refuse to donate to you scamming clowns!! Why does shoprite tolerate loitering??

Nice large supermarket. Employees are decent. Always stocked with whatever I need. Great beer selection. They even installed this eco friendly container-free, assorted nuts section. I haven’t tried it yet but I plan to! They have a bathroom and it’s pretty clean. Security guard on duty.

Ordered an 8 inch birthday cake for my daughter about 2 weeks prior & went with my husband Friday night to pick it up at the New Rochelle location. When we received the cake from the bakery & went to check out, I noticed an order confirmation paper attached to the top of the cake. It was labeled as 7inches, instead of 8 inches.I lifted the paper only to find that the cake was not the size that I ordered. Being someone who bakes frequently, I am very familiar with identifying cake sizes. At best, this was just about a 5-6 inch cake with a 7 inch label, and charging me for an 8inch cake. I brought it to one of the staff members attention that was standing at self check out & they called over the Assistant store manager, Jim.When i explained the issue to Jim & showed the cake & label attached, Jim immediately responded to me & my husband with an annoyed & discourteous response, "what do you want me to do? You don't want the cake?" I explained that the expectation was to recieve the size I specifically ordered & Jim said "I don't know what to tell you, your going to have to talk to the bakery dept, the most I can do is take $5 off". Although that was not ideally what we wanted, we agreed to the adjustment & Jim said he will return to make the adjustment. We waited at the self check out line for over 20 minutes, only to see that Jim was stacking toothpaste on the shelves & acting as if we didn't exist standing there. This was extremly upsetting at the simple fact that there was no respect, common decency, remorse or apology given for the mistake made & then to be treated as if we are being ignored. Jim never returned to address us after this & sent someone else to make the adjustment after we complained to another associate of having to wait so long to now witness Jim stacking the aisle. At this point, his disrespectful behavior & complete disregard of our concerns was so upsetting that we walked out & left the cake amongst other grocery items we intended to purchase.I frequently visit this location & have never experienced this type of behavior from any associate. For him to be a representation of the Shoprite brand in such a way as the "assistant store manager" is shockingly disappointing & very concerning.

The ShopRite is incredible! The meat prices are close to what Costco charges, the food selection is surreal. The fish even looks good.

I just don’t understand what is the point of the mobile deli orders if they are going to prioritize everything else and take half an hour to slice 1lb of american cheese, easier not to have it… my 15 minute shopping trip turned into 40 minutes bc I was waiting for cheese, it defeats the entire purpose of it

The home delivery service SUCKS! This is the 4th time my order hasn’t been properly fulfilled, as I’m missing over $75 worth of groceries! I’ve tried calling the customer care number to the New Rochelle location to NO avail! The phone just rings! The delivery driver was of no help either! Don’t bother ordering online, your best bet is to shop directly! Even though their prices/products gets 4 stars, their customer service deserves ZERO!!!

Unfortunately, your kids have to also be I.D. If you buy alcohol. Can someone please explain this to me. The liquor store doesn’t even do that. If that’s the case then a representative from CPS should be on call at the supermarket if they suspect your child will also be drinking ? Make it make sense. To be exact they said, anyone under the age of 40 needs to be I.D. If they’re with you.
