If they don't have the size I need, they will get it for me in a heartbeat, no hesitation, no drama they know when a good old customer steps in the door I am a very picky guy and will always triple check my kicks if I need to see 2 pairs of the same kick they will bring them both out let me check them out try them on and if I'm satisfied I will keep them on walk up to the counter pay for it and put the old ones in the box never a problem”

“I give this 4 stars for now only because when I went in the store I saw a sign that says "No refund or exchange on ANY footwear" but on the receipt it says "Refunds within 7 days and exchange within 14 days with receipt and tags, unused and in original condition" so then what exactly is it then? If I try on a pair of boots/sneakers and they seem to fit me there and when I get home and start walking around with them and then start feeling uncomfortable, I can't return them?? I am not going to be walking around the store for 20 minutes to see if I feel comfortable with them. I need to try them out at least when I'm home or around around my block. It's a good thing my boots fit me perfectly, because if they didn't I would have lost $80 on them.”
“Fantastic Experience !! I have never purchased Skechers until now. I passed by the Throggs Neck store yesterday and was assisted by Desiree, a lovely young woman that made it fun to shop with and made suggestions as to what style footwear would be best for me as I have a wide foot. Though I came in to buy for myself, I decided to look at the women section. She asked who I had in mind, I told her, for my mother. She then started to show and advise which styles would be nice and liked the choices she made, it was great! I never felt pressured nor felt she was selling, rather informing me of how stylish, comfortable and how well made Skechers are. I had the intention of only buying one pair but purchased four pair of footwear. Desiree delivered a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, even suggested socks and care products. “I got my new heels broken in, a day before I had to wear them to a wedding. Customer service was generally good and the price was very affordable. My only issue was when I went to pick up my shoes a couple hours after I dropped them off, the owner was not there. He had given me his number, so I called him. He told me that he had to go to a meeting but that he was 15 minutes away. I ended up waiting for him for over 30 minutes. That was not cool, hence the loss of a star.”

“Just got my first pair of obscure UGGs today and I can't say enough good things about these guys. First, I can't believe they had the shoe I wanted. I love them so much I decided to risk it.
Then, I accidentally had the wrong address as the shipping. So I called and sent and email and they were able to change it. They were really chill about it, since it was my fault.
The shoe is legit, the shipping was so fast, I got mine the day after they shipped.

“My first attempt going to location wasn’t great, I also experienced a closed location and had no access after driving 30mins; I would suggest calling any day you plan to go to verify hours as it is a local mom and pop business.However, upon returning two days later, I was greeted kindly, apologized to for the unexpected mid day closure and was walked through each of the hats I was interested in. They assisted with sizing , price differences and accurate fitment for each style.I’ve now purchased two hats, a belt and pair of boots thus far. Thank you little ranch!”
