“I was the first person to arrive at this location as the doors opened today & was greeted by a very nice young man named Mike. Within seconds of being there, 3 more people arrived needing assistance. I needed a label printed for a return, but due to an error on my part, it was taking a bit longer to get done. Mike asked if he could assist someone else while I was fixing my error & of course I said yes. Not only was he incredibly kind, knowledgeable & patient with me, but was also that way with everyone else. And he even made us laugh with his wonderful sense of humor. Thanks to Mike, I got what I needed accomplished with ease & left with a smile on my face.”

Just moved here and was super nervous about coming here based on all these negative reviews! For context, my last local USPS was an absolute dream with great customer service, rarely any long queues, and all my mail made it to me and to any destinations I sent them to.
Today, I went in for a weight check for a couple different zip codes and April was very helpful/informative. I asked her about the self service kiosk and apparently I used it incorrectly, which is why I kept getting a really expensive shipping rate.
Anyway, wanted to come here to say it wasn't that bad, but we shall see how things go!”

The manager clearly knows how to run this operation, I often see him working the lines ahead of the sales clerks at the cash registers. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Kudos to all the staff and the manager. I wish I knew his name!”
