The range is peeping again. It isn't working. Please have the tech come back to get the range fixed.

Worst of the worst. 4 months of parts, labor and visits to fix my 3 year old fridge. $2000 later, the last technician said I should call the manufacturer directly because he doesn't know how to fix it. Couldn't get a supervisor to refund me the parts costs. Sears doesn't care. Don't waste your time or money.

Of course Sears responds with an AI generated response. I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday with a poor woman who couldn't provide any answers and wasn't allowed to let me speak with anyone higher in the organization. This is a total scam.

He was on time, efficient and professional. I am very satisfied with his work. He made me glad that I didn't consider replacing my unit.

I should have checked these reviews before attempting to schedule a dryer repair with Sears home services. The company first incorrectly booked our repair as being for an electric dryer, when we have a gas dryer. We only discovered this hours into the day our appointment was supposed to occur--and the phone operator was incapable of changing the repair type, and insisted he had to cancel our appointment for the day. We stayed home the entire NEXT day for the supposedly rescheduled appointment. We had been promised a visit between 8-5, but again discovered that the company had put us down for an appointment after 5pm. Yet again we called (the new repair line, because the phone line won't allow you to talk to a human for existing repairs!!) and she swore she had contacted the tech and ensured he would arrive before five. The tech never came. Then they cancelled our appointment after 5pm. I strongly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Generally repair technicians are great unfortunately customer service side is awe full took 3 months to get refrigerator fixed no urgency on their part every time they needed to order a new part it was two weeks before they could come back. They claim they put customer service above everything but they do not 3 months is unacceptable and they don't care

David kept me updated on his arrival time throughout the day. He did an awesome job to tune up my snowblower and bring it better than brand new. He is extremely professional and friendly. Thank you

to begin with so they reply saying they are sorry that I am having this problem. They also told me to contact them
[email protected] so that we can work on trying to rectify the situation. However, I spent an hour yesterday trying to send an email to them and it was rejected again. They're just trying to buy time and I repeat unless I have satisfaction from their inadequate service department to fix my refrigerator, which is no longer closing because the repair man frustrated as he was neglected to the gasket so now it is hanging on the inside of my door without being put in the tracks and therefore I have no refrigerator working because it cannot be closed. There is no seal. So I repeat as long as I have not gotten a response with a real email address that will take my reply. I will continue to give them a star review and if there was a zero star review, I would click on that instead of the one star review again shame shame on A & E factory service and assurance also known as Sears. maybe they should train their employees instead of contracting out the service calls. And I might add that the department that the service person contacted to say that there was a problem with the part that he ordered was rude to him possibly because he was a minority. I listened to the conversation, and I was very upset about the way they were treating him and make him feel like he did not know what he was doing. Again, shame, shame shame shame on you.

I would give a zero star review if I could. I had a service appointment with a Sears Home Service technician for a washing machine repair. Prior to him arriving, I spoke with him on the phone and mentioned that we thought the issue might be the control board. I asked if he could provide an estimate of what it might cost to replace it and he said, $300-$400. He didn't clarify that was the cost of the part only. My husband met with him when he arrived, he looked at the machine very briefly, and immediately said it was the control board and that it would cost $750 to replace. If I knew that the labor to replace a part would cost $400 ($100 more than the part, which simply has to be unscrewed and swapped out) I never would've made the appointment to begin with. For $750 you can purchase a very nice brand-new washing machine, so why would anyone pay that for a repair? Sears really should be transparent about their labor costs. After the technician departed, I called and spoke with a representative about this issue who told me I was not allowed to speak with someone in billing, there were no managers available to talk to me and he was "not allowed" to verify the pricing that the technician gave me. He said someone would call me back within an hour, which never happened. I've since sent multiple emails, which have also gone unanswered. As far as I can tell, this service is a scam. The technician was at my house for 5 minutes, turned on the machine and looked at it (did nothing else to diagnose the issue), gave an absurd estimate that no one in their right mind would pay, collected the $140 diagnostic fee and went on his way. Since then, we ordered the part from the manufacturer and it took my husband 15 minutes to replace it with zero experience. $400 for 15 minutes worth of labor doesn't add up. I always thought Sears was a reputable company, but clearly I was wrong. Please don't waste your time or money utilizing this service.

I encountered two issues with this range: the left-side burner wasn't functioning properly, and I kept getting an E0 error code. The first technician, Carl, came to diagnose the problem and determined that the E0 error was related to the oven sensor, which he said needed to be replaced. Yesterday, another technician, Mark, came and successfully replaced the sensor. However, after he left and the oven cooled down, the E0 error code reappeared. Now, every time I try to use the oven, it immediately switches to the E0 error code. Clearly, the issue is not with the sensor."

DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS IF YOU NEED ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES HOME SERVICE. A home with 3 elderly people with one on dialysis has not had hot water in 2 weeks. They have been giving them the run around meanwhile the water heater is still leaking. It busted 2 weeks ago. Sad part is it had a slow leak for ONE YEAR and they send technicians out and said it was fine. Well it finally busted and they keep saying they need 72 more hours. The master protection agreement should cover this. Requested to speak with managers and there is NO ONE AVAILABLE is what they all say. If it's replaced before approval the warranty/protection agreement is voided. Now today the new excuse is the serial number was not in the computer meanwhile they have serviced this water heater. They also advised to get a licensed plumber since they DO NOT HAVE A TECHNICIAN in the area, which was done and the diagnostic report and estimated bill has been submitted ONE WEEK AGO. Every day is a new excuse. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! This is how they treat elderly people?

Sears Repair Service BEWARE A horrible experience!!! They came to repair the refrigerator in my motorhome in MA. I paid the diagnostic fee, the cost to repair and parts. I explained that the repair would take place at my home in NY. They said fine. Parts arrived in NY and they scheduled the repair date. -------THREE TIMES THEY SENT THE TECHS TO MA------- The link they send you says you can change the repair address by calling. However, there is no phone # listed. You cannot talk to a person unless you request a new repair. That person cannot change the repair address. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO SEND BACK THE PARTS AND RESCHEDULE THE REPAIR AND PAY ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC FEE AGAIN. I refused and requested a supervisor. They said they would put a note in so I wouldn't have to pay anything hence....New repair order. SO TODAY I RECEIVE A LINK REQUESTING A RATING FOR THE REPAIR AT 8:30 AM.....BUT THEY NEVER CAME. Again more calls........... New repair date...Will they come???? And as expected.......NO! Rescheduled.......After I waited around all afternoon.

Zero star is the correct Yelp review rating. I am disgusted with Sears Home Services technician Alejandro M.'s failure to show at my home to repair an appliance on the following three ( 3 ) dates - October 31, November 1, and November 5, 2024. After waiting on November 5, 2024 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Sears Home Services scheduling department was contacted by telephone who stated the technician again LIED by saying, "Attempted to contact customer and was not able to speak with the customer. The ticket was completed". NO calls were made to my home on November 5, 2024. On November 1, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the technician LIED that I missed my appointment although home security cameras and the RING doorbell camera verified the technician Alejandro M. NEVER came to my home! What is going on with technicians hired by Sears Home Services? Three ( 3 ) days have been wasted waiting for non-appearing Sears Home Services technician on: October 31, 2024 at 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM - NEVER appeared at my home. November 1, 2024 at 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM - LIED on the repair order stating I was not home when he arrived. and November 5, 2024 at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Again LIED on the repair order stating nothing could be done to repair the appliance with the order COMPLETED on the Sears Home Services computer database. Ironically and unlike the two ( 2 ) previously scheduled repair appointments, this November 5, 2024 scheduled appointment would not allow me to track the technician's estimated time of arrival. This Sears Home Services no-show experience will be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau and other social media platforms to prevent customers from taking three ( 3 ) days off from work WITHOUT having a Sears Home Repair technician be NO-SHOWS for ALL three ( 3 ) SCHEDULED repair appointments. Finally, when asked to have this situation escalated to speak with a Sears Home Services supervisor, I was told that I will be allegedly contacted by telephone within the hour (at 11:00 AM) regarding the abovementioned three ( 3 ) NO-SHOW appointments. Please Note my THREE ( 3 ) requests to speak with a Sears supervisor NEVER HAPPENED. Completely disgusted with both Sears Home Services technician Alejandro M. and the repair scheduling department who were not accountable for not providing ANY repair SERVICE! NO-SHOWS resulting with THREE WASTED DAYS!

Horrible service ! We have a home warranty with sears and our fridge has been broken for over a year. They use to be amazing back in the day but the past 2 years they're beyond terrible. They have come out more than 35 times to try and service our fridge. They have not fixed it yet. Not only that they broke so many things on it while they were trying to 'repair' it. Zero customer service they lie and say a manger will call you back never happens. There is no one to talk to. The technicians are terrible. If you're looking for a home warranty stay far away from them.
