Amy at RB Fitness is the literal best! I’ve been training with her for about 2 months and it’s been bittersweet! She’s someone who pushes you and motivates you to keep aspiring toward your goal. She’s genuine and personable which is why I would recommend her to anyone who asks me where and who I work out with. I’ve never been consistent with my weight loss journey more than I am now because of the constant support from Amy. She truly cares about her clients by helping you with your form, inquires about injuries so she can customize your workout and makes sure that you feel comfortable in your own skin while working toward your goals. Thank you isn’t enough for what she has helped me accomplish in such a short time. So if you are someone looking to really commit toward your wellness journey, she’s your gal!

I have been training with Amy for the past few months on a weight loss journey. I have lost a total of 25lbs and am in much better health physically and mentally. Her sessions are always fun and she makes them interesting. Would highly recommend her for personal training!

I’ve been working with Amy at RB Fitness since July and it has been amazing! She is the perfect mix of motivation and positivity to keep me focused on my weight training goals. The sessions are creative and effectively aligned to what I want to work on. The space is comfortable and welcoming. I’ve seen and felt so much improvement in the past 3 months!

I joined in September after not having been in a gym for a few years and the experience has been amazing. I can’t say enough great things about Amy. She is wonderful to train with. She is knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, and always pushes you to give your all in each session. I’ve been able to complete workouts I never thought I would, with the help of Amy’s guidance and her encouragement. I’ve been training with her since September and have already noticed changes in my body and my strength. I was extremely self conscious and nervous about starting to work out postpartum, and Amy makes me feel comfortable and more motivated each time.I’d highly recommend Rb Fitness and Amy! I’m so glad I found her.

In my search for a small gym post-pandemic, RB Fitness was recommended. I am happy that I chose to restart my fitness journey here. I was tired of the big overcrowded gyms. RB Fitness totally suit my purposes. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has fitness goals and would like training suited to your individual needs. My trainer Amy is awesome and pushes you to accomplishing your goals.The staff and other trainers make you feel really comfortable. I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I’ve been training with Amy for about 2 months now and I cannot recommend her enough. She pushes me to my limits, but always in a safe and effective manner. Her workouts are challenging but she constantly keeps me motivated and engaged throughout our sessions. Thanks to her guidance, I have seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level.

I came across RB Fitness last year and did a consultation and at the time wasn’t ready to start. I revisited the idea of doing personal training this year and glad I did. I’ve been training with James for about 2 months and he’s made the decision to start training worth it. He utilizes every minute of the session and has taught me workouts I would’ve never found out on my own. I’ve noticed changes in my body over the course of our sessions. I highly recommend booking a consultation with James, you won’t be disappointed in the results!

What can I say..... well let me start by saying i haveban amazing Trainer Amy. I not giving you her last name because she all mine lol but seriously she will push you to the limits. In 2 weeks i lost close to 20 pouunds. She can even give you an amazing food plan. I recommend you coming to the the gym and see if you can schedule with her. Can't spell change without the A and that A is AmyKennethTrail

This gym is undoubtedly the best in New Rochelle, it is private which allows you to do your training routines quietly, they have good music and it is very well equipped. It is very clean and they are very friendly. ??

Amy is an incredible personal trainer. She pushes you to do your best. Since starting with her I saw results immediately not only did work for me into the shape I wanted, but also mentally. Since starting working out with her, I have been sleeping much better and eating much healthier.I have tried different trainers before, and none of them are as good as she is. She is constantly on time and utilizes the whole session to work out. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer.

I have been training with Amy at RB Fitness for a month now, Amy’s attention to detail for each person needs is outstanding, her ability to understand each person’s nutrition and diet requirements based on their individual goals makes her the best. I had a 4 week transformation goal and we were able to cross the line. Get her to fix your goals ??

10s across the board!! Small space but you’ll find all of the equipment you’ll need for most workouts, I imagine. The team is great and I got to shout out my trainer. I come out of every training with Brittany fighting for my life is a good way. Her instructions are clear, the workouts are varied, and overall she’s pretty neat! I go to the gym for casual workouts and I feel very comfortable. I’m challenged and I keep coming back for more.

I’ve been working out with Marlane since September and, wow. I’ve been working out 3x a week with her, and the differences I’ve seen in my body are incredible. The atmosphere is very inviting, not intimidating. I absolutely love it here.

I recently started training with James & my experience has been nothing but great! He’s consistent & patient. He pushes you to do your best but also with ease. Starting my fitness journey with him has allowed me to actually enjoy working out. I couldn’t ask for more! RB Fitness is the place to be for sure!!
