AVOID THIS LOCATION, THEY ADD THINGS TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I used to work for another authorized retailer, so I had my mother and sister go in here to get their new phones. I told them to decline the Verizon Mobile Protect ($17/mo/line). The rep asked them if they wanted it, they said no. Yet I check the account three months later and it's on both lines. That's $17x2linesx3months = $102 fraudulently charged so this guy could make something like $12 extra in commission. Go to any other location or even order online, just don't go here.

Horrible service. I had to call back multiple times after I left because they didn't do their job properly. Taylor helped me and was horrible. Her customer service needs improvement. I called the store multiple times and she purposely did not answer the phone. I had to call ANOTHER Russell Cellular store to get the information on the cell phone I traded in. I have been with Verizon for years and I will never go back to one of these fake Verizon stores ever again. Dion was great! I wish he was still there.

The new manager Alizae, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went step by step on how to work my new phone and made sure all my questions were answered. She also helped me save money on my monthly bill which was plus.Thank you Alizae!!!Sincerely, a happy customer

Store hours say you're open till 7PM, I arrived at 6:55PM and the store was closed, nothing I hate more than a store that doesn't honor their business hours! Worst part is, I rushed there on a work break, for nothing!

We asked if they spoke Spanish, why is it easier for us to understand everything since we don't know 100 percent English and they told us from the beginning that they didn't and the truth is that the boy didn't seem willing to serve us, I don't know if it was for the same reason. We are Hispanic, we went there because I saw that in the reviews there were very good opinions and we went to ask about promotions and he told us clearly that the only promotion was to exchange our current cell phone for a new one, he did not give us other options nor did he give us any other options. He explained which cell phone models were included in the promotion, we were going with the idea of switching from metro PCs to Verizon and acquiring four lines, but we couldn't and we ended up getting the 4 lines on T-mobile
