I recently purchased a car from New Rochelle NYC and overall had a positive experience. Aaron the salesman was friendly and professional, and the process was smooth. However, there was a minor issue: the car was advertised as certified on their website, but during the purchase, we were informed that an additional fee was required to complete the certification. This was a bit frustrating, but after discussing it further, we were able to resolve the issue. Despite this hiccup, the staff was accommodating, and the rest of the transaction went well. I would recommend this dealership specially their customer service and quality vehicles is a plus.
