Great customer service and prices

I was referred to New Rochelle Jewelers by my niece and my recent visit was quite disappointing. The employee whom I was asked to speak to seemed and unhelpful and disinterested when I approached the counter offering minimal assistance but was quick to tell me he would need to send my items out to get fixed because they could not fix it there. Yet, the woman who buzzed me in was confident my items could be fixed onsite. The most disappointing moment was when the employee told me that while my items may have meaning to me, they aren't expensive so it wouldn't be worth their time. This was rude and unprofessional. Yes, my items had sentimental value to me but no one should insinuate they were less worthy to be fixed. He was rude and made me feel like I wasted his time. Needless to say, I will never go back and I will use my platform to inform the people that I know to be weary of this place. Customer service is not their strongest attribute and that is where it starts... customer service!

Great business; helpful staff, wonderful showroom. I was trying to buy an engagement ring a few days before leaving for Europe. Tony and Louisa are such great people; they showed us several options, and made us reasonable offers. Come here and pick out something special!

I needed to get some diamond jewelry reset and this store came highly recommended. Tony and his staff are very knowledgeable and made me feel at home. Their service is very professional with a distinct personal touch. The store has a lovely collection of jewelry and I'm looking forward to returning soon.

Exceptional staff, service, and prices. Came in for the first time and brought some commodity coins, precious metals. Very friendly staff. Louisa and Ezzie were very helpful, and I got more than I expected. Compared to other sellers, New Rochelle Jewelers truly has reasonable prices, which I don't see with other sellers I brought from. I highly recommend this business.

If I could leave a negative review I would. I dropped an automatic (not quartz) watch off to have the crystal replaced and the watch serviced. They charged me for both. In the store, a quick look and it looked fine. When I got home and looked at the watch the crystal was not replaced. They merely buffed out the deep scratches, but a few remained, which Ii was only able to see on closer inspection when I took the time after I got home. (shame on me for the quick in store inspection) Very disappointed. Knowing the crystal wasn't changed and I paid for it makes me think the service, which I also paid for, wasn't done either. Will never go back here!

Tony and Luisa were great in getting the right wedding bands for us. I got my fiancees' engagement ring there, and she couldn't have been more ecstatic about it. When it came time to get bands we went back to New Rochelle, and were not disappointed. My wife's wedding band needed to fit under her engagement ring, and I had a unique band design. Luisa worked with us to get the perfect rings at great prices. We both got compliments on them. Recommend them whole heartedly. (Photo is of our rings by our photographer).
