If there was an option for less than one star that's what I would rate new Rochelle Chevrolet. Terrible business and very unprofessional. I ordered a Chevy suburban 6 months ahead of when my lease was up. Long story short they gave away the car to another customer and left me with no options. Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Do not go to new Rochelle chevy!!! My recommendation is to go to another dealership

The service department is horrendous. My car was lighting up with problems at least 4-5 issues (keep in mind) mainly because of the "breaks". Well I made an appointment to have it serviced and my car was there for a week to do basically nothing to it. When I went to pick it up my oil change was done yet not reset. And those 4-5 issues unresolved. The technician assigned let me know he ordered some parts for the car to bring it back in two weeks. Fine. But get this two weeks go by not one call from the dealer yet when I called I was told by some lady no notes are on file for any issues with the car and I don't need to bring it back. Like what?!! Either no one communicates anything there or someone is lying. Why work in car servicing if you don't wanna do your job? My advice don't waste your time or money. They lie instead doing their job and fixing the car. And will ignore your call when a clearly frustrated customer calls to get some form of answer after being scammed. Ridiculous place filled with wasted potential. Avoid at all costs.

July 10 2023 I was scheduled for a recall appointment for my spark chevrolet at 7 30am. This was my first experience with this deal. At first, I was very upset as other cars were in front of me as they did not park at the available space. Although I was second in line I landed up being last as the other customer was taken first. I was very upset as I had arrived extra early so my car could be taken first. I was going to cancel the appointment when the service manager Anthony Cruz came out to speak with me. When i explained to him that I was not told that my car could be parked by the service garage as a result i went from first in line to last. He said he would get me an Uber ride to and from my home as the repair could take several hours. As it turned out I went home via uber. I was home for a short period of time when Anthony called to say my car was ready. He said he was able to get my car up on the wreck sooner than expected thus the repair was done. I was very pleased with the service I received and am now considering buying a car from this dealership. Mr. Cruz is a police professional who gave me excellent service. THANK YOU, MR. CRUZ SINCERELY, LOUISE L

Good morning, my name is Brian Gallgher. This is the very first time, im attempting to write a horrible experiance i had at john LaSorsa's Chevrolet dealership on 291 main street New Rochelle. I was Threatened by the service manager Tommy that he would have my car reposessed he cursed at me while talking to me, worst of all he told me my sunroof was completly destroyed and would cost just under 5000 to fix. Thru a suggestion of a friend, i went to a professional sunroof guy. And he said 4500 is proroperis. It is 1 peice that was broke, for the part and labor it was 550.00.Which means Tommy lied to me. My sunroof works fine. Now the owner gave me 1000 service voucher for being threatened and treated the way i was, but how could u keep this guy on after all of that, then trying to get 4500 out of meThis sounds criminal, so im thinking about getting in touch with the D.A attorneys officePlease people be carrful. Im SeriousIf they tried doing this to me, dontvu think they have done it with other peoplr.I actually have service manager on voice recorder telling me my sunroof is broke. And i should get rid of car.Imagine how much they have gotten awsy with

This dealership is a scam. Their service department is horrible and the management is horrendous. They are terrible at communicating and lie tremendously. I would not recommend this dealership. If you do make sure everything is in writing. Because they will not follow through.

New Rochelle Chevrolet took my vehicle in faster than any other dealer. They got the work done within 3 days for a major engine repair. They had all parts in stock when ither dealers didnt. Highly recommend them! John, Emilio, and Thomas set the bar!

If I could rate this place one star lower, I would. I've never encountered a more unprofessional and frankly STUPID salesperson than Anthony Porras. I drove all the way up from LI to look at a used car. I test drove the car, and had them write up what the payments would be like fi I used their financing. The rates were so high that I said I would secure my own. Keep in mind this was a $60,000 vehicle and I said I was putting half down. I stayed in touch with Anthony who then told me they were going to sell the car to Auction. I asked him to stop it and that I wanted the car, and we started officially running my credit, for which I was approved. The next week I call to find out final details of approval and make arrangements to close the deal that weekend, and after avoiding my call all day after we had last spoken he calls me and told me they sold it to Auction. HOW STUPID CAN THIS GUY AND THE DEALERSHIP BE SELLING A CAR TO AUCTION FOR LESS MONEY WHEN THEY HAD AN APPROVED BUYER LOOKING TO A DEAL? This is why dealerships and car salespeople have bad names. And I asked for someone to call me back from the dealership, which of course no one did. What a terrible company - they should fire this guy for costing them a sale and clearly not understanding customer service, or the very nature of his job which I assume is "he gets paid when he makes a sale," and he had one in his hand. Terrible salesperson. Terrible company,

I purchased my Chevy in Newburgh but I come here for servicing since it's closer to my home. I've had excellent service at the service dept. all the years I've come here and Emilio is an absolute gem. I'm getting rid of my Chevy and getting a jeep and actually contemplating bringing my jeep here for service since I love this place lol.

I went to these grifters to try and buy out my lease. They tried to charge me $1500 in fees for a worthless certification on a car I already own. Shout out to Salesman Carlos and Finance Manager Mark for the brilliant performance. Your lies were good but weren’t convincing enough to cheat me.

These people have a very nice lady who deals with Internet leads and makes wild promises the sales scum have absolutely no desire to fulfill. She had me drive over an hour, paying $15 in tolls, to test drive a car they did not actually have, and this is after I went through the "You really have one? Really? Not kidding? Because this is a LONG HARD DRIVE." And when I get there - no apologies. No remorse. No "is there anything else we can show you." I would avoid these liars as much as you can.

Very bad service experience. Had a gold front bowtie emblem replaced with black by this dealership a year ago. It recently got blown off the car by dryers at a car wash. It still looks like new, with all four clips intact. The front fascia that holds the emblem in place is missing three out of four pieces of plastic that hold the emblem clips. Given how good the black emblem looks, it would appear that missing plastic pieces were broken or weakened before the black emblem was put in place. Since we got the car new, their technician who swapped the emblems may have manhandled it, broke some pieces, weakened others, then it was just a question of time. Manager Sheik was not ready to accept any accountability for the issue: "it's now a year later so it couldn't have been due to our work" (guess I was unlucky that it held up this long), "where else did you service the car, since even leaning on the emblem from outside while doing service work could have weakened the clips" (don't believe this is possible given design), and "there are some pry marks on the front fascia, behind the emblem" (likely from manhandling during removal of the old emblem). Then the service technician Brian Cook, with double-sided tape in his hand, asks "are we going to put this back or not"? I was not willing to take further abuse, so I took the emblem and left without service. Never again Chevy, let alone this dealership.

The worst service department ever!! First of all, I had a appointment at 8:30 when you walk in to the front desk at the service center, the guys behind the counter have a attitude. Then he told me I have to leave the car there for the day, for this tiny little plastic that holds the moonroof shade closed, then he said I don't even know if we have the part, than he won't give me a loaner car. This is not the first time they doing this, never going there to get a car from them or service. I will give them a zero start if I could!!

I was first in line to order the c8 corvette over a year ago with Antony the salesperson, deposit down everything, I always keep in touch with the salesman, constantly he tells me everythings alright, however everyone I know is receiving their 2022 c8's, everyone's telling me where's yours.? I called the salesman Anthony today, he has a terrible arrogant attitude, mentioning ummm no vette for you, you can get the 2023. He dropped the ball.!!! Definitely wasn't the best man for the job. With total conscientiousness I would definitely not recommend for someone to ever shop for their new or used automobile at Chevy NewRochelle. I don't trust this dealership to deliver.

This reference relates to the service department only. I bought my vehicle here in 2020 and had no issue with the sales department. In fact, I had been to the service department last summer, and I had a great experience. But my experience in November has soured me on this dealership in a big way. On Friday, November 26, I drove to New Rochelle Chevrolet for my confirmed appointment for servicing. I had received an email just that morning reminding me of the appointment and telling me to call if I needed to change it. When I arrived on time - having driven to New Rochelle from about 40 minutes away -- I encountered another driver with an appointment for service. (He had made an appointment because he needed service for a recall related to steering on his truck.) We soon both discovered that the service department was closed that whole day (which was the day after Thanksgiving). When I checked at the front desk of the dealership shortly afterwards, I was told that I was already the 12th customer to show up asking about the service department. Apparently, the computer was left open for appointments all day and no one bothered to reach out to customers to notify them that the entire service department was going to be closed. I left my name and number and later in the day, someone called me and scheduled service for the next day at the Express area. That night, I got an absurd computer-generated email scolding me for missing my appointment. The next day, I drove back to New Rochelle and had the car served. Jessica at the Express area was quite nice and even though she had no guidance from anyone in charge of the service department, she gave me a 10 percent discount on my oil change, i.e. a $6.95 discount. (Jessica is the reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of just one.) Jessica's discount probably just covered the cost of the gas I wasted driving the wasted 40 mile roundtrip to and from New Rochelle the day before. It certainly didn't cover the wasted hour plus of my time. After waiting to hear back from service department management, I emailed the head of the department in early December and never got a response. Later, I filled out the dealership satisfaction survey and related exactly what happened. I got back the following form response: -------- Hello, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. We would like the opportunity to address your concerns. Please reach out to us directly at [phone number] when you have a chance. Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you. ------- I responded to the form response by email to say that I had already provided details. No answer. I later telephoned to follow up as requested. The number provided turned out to be the main switchboard number. When I asked for the service department and then explained what happened, I spoke to someone who said that the head of the service department had just come down with COVID, but he could take a message so that I could eventually be called back. That was about two months ago. Nothing. Since I bought my car at this dealership, I have since gone out of my way to have the car serviced there. Given the experience I had on Friday the 26th and the lack of an apology from management, meaningful compensation for my inconvenience, or even prompt response to emails, I don't plan to return.

Went to purchase my car at the end of a lease term, they tricked me into paying about 4k more than I owed and basically sold me my own car. I dealt with at least three different people that were all in on whatever scam they are pulling. They are incredibly dishonest, would recommend anybody stay as far away as possible.
