We had a wonderful experience, choosing our bed at mattress firm in New Rochelle. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about his product and took time to learn our sleeping needs. He was friendly, respectful, and professional, the bed that we purchased we absolutely love thank you so much. I would recommend this business in New Rochelle to anyone looking to seriously improve their sleeping experience.

I was misled into thinking that I can schedule an ordering of purple pillows to deliver to my new address on a different date. The order shipped immediately to my new address over 6 hours away. Trying to return those two was a hassle and the mattress firm staff only acknowledged one as returned even though I had and shared proof from fedex that the other was returned to sender. So now I am paying for a pillow that I do not own.

At first I was hesitant bc buying mattresses has always been awkward for me, but not this time. I Brought an amazing plush Beautyrest pressuresmart mattress here with Sal. He was very informative, attentive, and took notice of the type of beds I enjoyed more and gently made suggestions. I have a very bad back due to an accident but still only prefer plush cushy mattresses — he found me one that provided excellent spinal support but felt like a cloud. I didn’t know what to look for but he educated me and was very genuine. Was not overly pushy and was extremely patient as I changed my mind a few times. Thanks Sal, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to invest in a quality mattress. Money well spent!

My sales person was Kobby he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman. I explained to him that I wanted to surprise my father with a new bed he asked a few questions and then took me to school on all the do's and dont's when purchasing a bed. I highly recommend Kobby when purchasing a bed. I went in looking to by 1 bed and left buying 2 beds. My Dad is very satisfied with his new bed and I am completely satisfied with my bed. Delivery was fast and easy. I live in Atlanta GA but Kobby has a lifetime customer in me!!!: Thank You for everything Kobby can't wait for my pillow to arrive!!

Purchasing from Mattress Firm Clearance Center, Nardozzi Pl. was very pleasant and the sales manager was accommodating and informative.Delivery guys were timely, accommodating, efficient and very polite.
