Been to a few Land Rover Dealerships. This one is the best hands down. Service department top of the line. Matthew is the guy to see. Professionalism is top of the line, finance department gets the job done. Friendly, knowledgeable and not overbearing.

August 2024 Review
I can't say enough good things about the service department at Land Rover, especially Yousef. He is incredibly professional, attentive, and always takes the time to listen to your concerns. Yousef consistently provides the right answers and advice, making you feel confident and well taken care of.
The department as a whole delivers exceptional service and support, which is the main reason I've remained loyal to Land Rover. Yousef and the entire team treat you like family, ensuring you're always updated in a timely manner. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze, and most importantly, you can trust them completely. I highly recommend their service!
Service team goes above and beyond. Great experience and I am very satisfied. Will be a long term loyal client with this experience. Highly recommended ??

Update: They are the shadiest dealer I have ever dealt with. Nothing was resolved by them. My service manager started ignoring my text messages after what they said was fixed was still making noise. I see why my previous service manager, Shawn, left! I will stick with the White Plains location from now on.
I’m not taking this review down until I get my issue resolved to my satisfaction or I’m filing a complaint with the DMV because I’m not paying $5,000.00 to have the defects on their vehicle repaired. Friday, I had my 2020 Evoque serviced. When I arrived at the dealership, I told Vincent the issues with the vehicle: water leaking from the windshield, the passenger side mirror was loose and the there was a noise. He later told me that my car warranty expired. I informed him that was wrong. In October, at the White Plains location I was told my warranty was extended. Long story short I confirmed it with White Plains and I told new Rochelle to get the information from them. I still haven’t heard back from Alex, the Sales Manager. They wanted to fix the vehicle immediately when they thought I would have to pay for it. Now all I am getting is silence.

This is the best dealership hands down. The service department is absolutely excellent. I had the pleasure of interacting with several service advisors for everything from routine annual maintenance to repairs and all of them have been top tier. Shout out to both Yousef and Matthew, you guys rock ??

Horrible car buying experience. Every 6 months there is a new General Manager who has No clue how the previous management ripped their customers off and Refuse to take any responsibility.
Going to file a complaint with DMV since Dealership never return calls or email to address the issues.

I contacted 5 different dealers across NY, NJ, and CT. Nick (Sales Manager) & Erik of New Rochelle/Larchmont were the most responsive and worked the hardest of any in finding the exact Defender configuration I was looking for. Nick showed tremendous initiative in sourcing the vehicle based on my unique specifications from another dealer rather than pushing what he had on the lot. Customer service has been second to none and I highly recommend working with this team and this dealer.

I have visited many Land Rover dealerships and I can honestly say I feel most at home at Land Rover New Rochelle. I bought a car there and get my car serviced. Yousef makes sure I am informed of what is needed every step of the way. He is very communicative and answers all my questions. He has earned my trust, which is rare at a car dealership.

I wanted to take a moment and express my deepest gratitude for service well provided on behalf of Matt. He redeemed my confidence in New Rochelle‘s Land Rover service center as my prior experience with a particular individual who is no longer there was not so memorable. I’ll just say that person handed me a $700 bill before I even gave him my keys or looking under the hood. Matt kept me informed every step of the way as repairs were being done to my vehicle. He even went to bat for me with the insurance to get my tires replaced. These days good service it hard to find so thank you Matt, for going above and beyond and providing excellent service!
