I just find this place not to be worth it for the price. I liked my haircut but I felt very intimidated and unwelcomed by the staff. On the site, it's stated that there will be a consultation before my haircut but there was no such thing. When I asked questions on what products to use to style my hair I barely got an answer. I feel that you can find the exact quality of haircuts for much less of a price elsewhere.

IF YOU ARE A GUY DO NOT GO HERE. i asked the lady to keep my hair somewhat medium length, and add texture to the front and back. she basically gave me a buzz cut. went from my hair being medium-long length to not even a half inch long. She was not agreeable nor did she listen to my requests. also was very expensive

This was my first time at this hair salon and I was SO impressed. Caroline did an AMAZING job on my hair and I’m SO happy with the results. I will 100% be back again and recommend to anyone I know. I also appreciated they got me in the same day I called! The vibes are great too!

Horrible, unprofessional, immature staff. Stylist f***** up my hair so badly and the receptionist refused to put me in touch with the owner. She claimed the owner was on vacation, yet she came in while I was talking to the receptionist, then waltzed right out. Did not refund me nor offer to correct the terrible orange streaks in my hair. Hope this place burns to the ground; they don't deserve to be in business while other salons struggle to do good for their clients

My daughter had her hair colored and paid 600 to correct her color from dark brown to blonde and it came out red. The girl Gabby said she’d have to go back for part 2. After one washing of my daughters hair the front section of her hair, the color went from red to dark brown again like it was a wash in or something. She got her hair done recently by a professional colorist and it is now blonde which is what she requested and the total process cost her 200. Needless toSay, KNOTS Salon is far from the best and when we called Gabby back when whatever she put in my daughters hair washed out to see what she could do for her, she said she couldn’t do anything about it. We will never step foot in that salon ever again. Waste of a lot of money.

Everyone is very professional, helpful, and polite. They maintain strict Covid procedures and the Studio is immaculate.I started going to Tina few months ago after my former hairdresser retired. Tina listened to my requests and gave me great haircuts. I highly recommend Knotz Hair Studio.
