I visited this location on April 26th, 2024 to get my car appraised. It was done and I had a Carvana offer of 27.8k which they matched. At the same time, the acquisition manager, Rafael approached me at the parking lot and told me that he wants to buy the car personally for his parents and it will be kind of me if I sell to him instaed of Autonation for the same price.
Hearing that story, I was okay with that and I asked him wait until I get my title on my wife’s name as the car was a lease and we just paid it off. He brought his parents to take a test drive and they liked and they also wanted my dashcam with car and was ready to pay 28k in total.
Fast forward, the title took longer to get and I received the title on 6/12/2024. As soon as I received the title, I updated Rafael and he offered me 26k. He mentioned it was late and apparently he has all the data that he can only offer me this price. I informed him that I will check other places and if I get any better offer.
I checked at Carmax and they offered me 26k, I also wanted to check at AutoNation and showed them my carmax offer of 26k. At that point, Autonation sent me the an offer of 26k.
I believe all these happened without Rafael being involved. As soon as he got to know about it, he asked the person (Tyler Clarke) I was dealing with at Autonation to offer me 25.5 k and if I am expecting 26k, I need to reach out to Rafael personally. I have the text messages.
We can clearly see here that how Rafael is misusing his authority to make favorable deals for him but not for AutoNation. I asked that how can I report about him and the response I got is that he is the manager for this store and another 14 – basically, I can’t report his unethical business practices.
I tried calling the customer service to report this, they took a note but didn’t give em any reference number.
I really want someone to look into this matter as I won’t be surprised that this happened before as well as Rafael is putting his personal interest before business.

I had an excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. I went with the intention of buying one particular car they had on their lot. Their salesman and manager met the price I wanted to pay without any haggling and had me in and out in a couple hours. It was a truly painless car-buying experience and I can't recommend them strongly enough. Thank you, Alex and Ivo!

This will be my fourth vehicle through finance manger Christine who’s always accommodating. I came to the dealership to return my wife’s lease and sales manager Alex provided me options on a new lease. I drove out with a new vehicle the same day and my wife is extremely happy! It’s people like Christine and Alex in sales with Matt in service is the reason why I stayed with the brand!

I don't know anyone who likes buying a new car due to how longggggg it takes and dealing with the salesperson. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by our salesperson Brad who was awesome. No hard pushy sales tactics, truly a pleasure to work with.
Also surprised that the financing woman was also great to work with. We got a great deal on our car and the loyalty cash back from Jaguar is what sealed the deal. We traded in our car and that's were the sales manager took us. We did it only for the convenience because we're NJ residents and the dealerships in NY.
Definitely would have done better selling on our own. That's the only reason I dropped the stars to 4. But all in all Brad was excellent definitely ask for Brad if you're planning on purchasing a car from Autonation!

Jaguar New Rochelle did a great job preparing my new F-Pace for pickup. I was able to handle a majority of the details over the phone and the process was nicely streamlined when I arrived at the dealership to take the car home. Francis in sales and Christina in finance were attentive to my needs and treated me extremely well throughout my visit. The car was in perfect condition and Francis was able to quickly pre-set many of the features to my liking. It was a terrific experience with Jaguar New Rochelle, overall.
