Extremely rude staff . A lady named Vanessa who did my nails has a very bad attitude and got snappy when i was talking to her about the way i wanted them. Theres a huge language barrier and staff gets mad when you want something fixed. Nails came out thick and uneven and i had to ask for someone else to correct them as she wasnt understanding me .Services: Sculpted nails

I came in without an appointment and didn't have to wait long. They were professional, and the atmosphere was clean and nice.

If I could give a zero I would. I got a gel manicure and pedicure on Friday around 2pm. The nail tech that was doing my nails kept telling me the nail polish wasn't staying on and it was running on the tips of my nails she continued to use the acetone to remove and replace apply about 5 times in one nail. She asked if I had oil in my nails, of course I didn't obviously. However the color finally stayed and then Saturday morning after I noticed my nails were becoming faded and it started to look like the nail polish color was running and now it looks yellow. I'm so dissatisfied and I will no longer go there. I am convince they add whatever in the gel polish both my toes and nails look yellow and not pink. I don't recommend.

Very clean, friendly staff. They do $10 kids pedicures (not advertised but they always charge that), which is so much better than getting a babysitter when I come and occupies my daughter so I can actually enjoy.

I am so happy I found this salon when I moved to west Hester! They're prices are reasonable and everyone there is great- I have a nail tech I am loyal to, but everyone that comes in asks for someone different. I get perfect powder gel manicures and they last for more than two weeks, and I'm rough on my nails!

The two star rating is for the techs, they were nice but the quality of these nails are not worth $80. They must have charge me for storing my body in their chairs for almost 4 hours. Because the price makes zero sense. And then the owner I'm assuming has the nerve to say to me well when you come back for the filling you can use the powder, like excuse me that don't make sense why would I get gel tips and then get powder. Even the technician who did my nails raised her eyebrows when I was told $80 for this she knew what was up. I don't recommend this place because the work I received today was not that great at all especially not for the price.

I went in to J Crystal today with my mom to get pedicures. The French tip and painting were perfect but they barely scrubbed my foot with a super dull file and she dug into my cuticle until it bled. The "massage" was more like a light caress of the skin. The pedicure stated it was $45. When I got the register she charged me $75 and she claimed it was because I got gel. I've been here a few years ago and I remember having a decent experience but this was the opposite. I realize every salon is not the same and that I shouldn't switch from where I'm used to which is $35 for a pedicure that includes a great scrub and gel polish.

Love the pedicures and the staff. Pedicures are excellent, they keep the salon super clean and atmosphere it’s pretty relaxing. However, if you’re looking for dip powder nails, this is not the place to get them. I asked for almond shape nails and my nail tech didn’t know what I was talking about, even showed her a picture as reference but my nails still look like each one is a different shape and length.Services: Dip powder

My friend recommended this salon to me a while ago after I’d moved nearby. My first visit, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I chatted with the lady who did my nails, and she made me feel right at home. Needless to say, I felt extremely relaxed.When I came again today for my next appointment, I realized that the store had gotten new pedicure chairs, which made the experience that much better. My massage was done exactly the way I liked it, and I was very satisfied. Overall, I recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great place to get their nails/toes done.Services: Manicure
