If ever there was a deplorable financial institution, this is it! The employees are miserable, depressed, and unhappy, and they exhibit that experience onto the customers. I came in to open an account and couldn’t even access the account shortly after or make a deposit. I told Fatoumata, the representative who opened the account with me that if I continue to experience no access, I’m going to close the account. She advised, “Make a complaint against the bank and get back to me by 1 o’clock.“ This comment is not only insubordinate, but it’s indicative of their lack of professionalism, Customer Service and maturity. I had to call the police just to get the account to be closed I would advise anyone who wants a well rounded Customer Service centered Banking experience to stay far from Citizens Bank or North Ave., In New Rochelle their negligence is profound, and the Attorney General will receive a formal complaint by me as early as next week.

Absolutely the worst bank I have been to in years horrible customer service I don't understand if I want to cashier's check and I'm handing you cash you can't create a check for me I had to have an account open with your bank so I can be ripped off every month hell no you guys need to fix your problems or shut down as a bank.

I had the opportunity to sit down and talk to Nadeska Martinez regarding opening up a student account. I thought she was great and professional. As a person who is clueless on everything banking and just getting started into the world of adulthood, she is very knowledgeable and it helped me understanding banking a lot more. These other bad reviews obvious dont have patience for anything and need to have a sense of understanding in things. Anyway, shoutout to Nadeska!

What happed to uniforms, and bank teller looking profesional. Wearing a green fitted tshirt does not look good for a Bank. The tellers Having loud non bank related conversations and laughing out loud while taking care of clients. Not profesional at all.

We started with this branch when it was Marine Midland! Recently safe deposit boxes were being drilled out and removed. Thanks to Debbie and Asst. Mgr. Jose for their guidance! The only difficulty I had was getting through with their phone for a few days when the system was down.

The outside ATM rarely works. HSBC is closing branches. Since they don't invest in this branch, I don't see it being open much longer.

Most HSBC banks I’ve been to are bright, clean and friendly staff. This branch is very dirty. They have had several lights and exit lights that have been out for months. Broken lights missing off the wall, there atms never work, the walls have stains on them & the staff always seem miserable to be working. Nice people just miserable in the face, guessing it’s management.I’m tired of the lazainess , I will not be returning to this branch.
