“First time here, yesterday. I went to both Lowe's and Depot for an extending lopper, which they did not have. I then went online and saw that Wallauer in New Rochelle did. Went there and found it right away. Sales clerk at check out very nice and even gave me a $5 coupon off my purchase! I would come here again. Nice neighborhood Hardware store! Thanks guys!”

“I don't frequent Home Depot - usually it's on an as needed basis if I ever need to fix something in my apartment. I was running errands with my parents the other day and they were looking for some industrial-strength drain cleaner; they knew that HD carried products beyond the standard Liquid Plumr, so we decided to stop in. The look and feel of this HD is the same as others I've been to. It didn't take us long to find the drain cleaner, and one of the employees who was working in the aisle saw us looking and made a few recommendations for brands that were superior to others. Upon checkout, the line was kind of long, but it moved quickly. They had multiple registers open, and the team members working were quick to get everyone out a quickly as possible. I know HD experiences can be hot and cold, but I was impressed with my experience here. The store was clean, well staffed, and before I knew it we were out the door. I wouldn't hesitate to return here for my home improvement needs.”
