As a first time wig wearer, I am definitely satisfied with the work Ms. Keisha has done to reconstruct one that was installed by another. She has an eye for style and the right look for your personality. I think it is equally important to learn and know proper wig care and natural hair underneath. Ms. Keisha checks off all boxes including those with natural hair. I look forward to future hair care with Ms. Keisha. Thank you!

Keisha took great care of me! I had been doing Brazilian for a long time and relocated; needing a well styled lace front and weave option. It was my first time doing this type of installation and was cautious. The fact that Keisha was detailed in her consultation and sensitive to my inexperience made me confident that I was in good hands. She's closer than where I'd be traveling since relocating and accessible for regular natural hair care and protective styling.

The problem was not with my hair, Keisha is good with hair installation. The problem was with maintenance. When I first got my hair installed, which cost $200, I asked if I could go to her to maintain, wash, and tighten the sew in if needed. I was assured that my hair would be maintained especially since the installation was done by Keisha. I was told to text with any appointment request or questions. I asked a question about what glue I can use to apply to my frontal since it was lifting a little and received no reply. I eventually figured it out after the cashier at the beauty supply store helped me. Then two weeks later, I requested an appointment via text. My text was read (since Keisha's i message were set to show a read receipt), however no response. I sent another text and called. Her voicemail was full so I could not leave a message and my text messages were read again but no reply. I had to go somewhere else to maintain my hair, which was very messed up because it is important for the person installing your hair to maintain since it is braided and sewn a certain way. It would have been a little more considerate to let me know if I had to maintain my hair somewhere else rather than lying, taking $200 for my hair installation and possibly ignoring my calls and texts because wash and styling my hair would have been a little cheaper. Someone else could profit from that and be decent enough to keep me as a client. Very bad professionalism!!!

I have finally landed a salon and stylist to last. Talk about professionalism!! Keisha was courteous and super helpful from the moment I contacted her salon. She is a true professional and cares about her craft. My appointment started promptly, which is something I really appreciate and respect. She listened to what I wanted and did not disappoint. I walked out of there a new woman!! This was an awesome experience.

I'm satisfied with my visit to trackless hair boutique. It's a small cozy salon that I've probably passed a million times and never noticed it. I've been traveling to the Bronx for a simple style that I couldn't find anyone to do for me locally. I explained exactly what I wanted and Kisha listened and understood. She was very friendly I felt comfortable. She's also very personal I like to feel comfortable with my stylist and get to know them. My head is tender from the braiding but that's normal. I'm very happy with my finished results. My weave looks very natural. I got a lot of compliments on my hair once I left the salon. I will definitely go back to her. The price she charged me was very reasonable.
