***Long review***
I came to this nail salon to repaint my two big toes and my pinky toe nail as they had gotten messed up. I was there the day before to get a pedicure. Once I reached home, I realized paint was connected to my nail and my skin. I tried to clean that area up, only to make things worse (MY MISTAKE …I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF…I SHOULD HAVE WENT BACK AND LET THE PROFESSIONALS FIX IT). When I arrived the next morning, I greeted everyone and said Good Morning! No reply. Just stares. Then, they asked what do I need to get done. I explained. The owner (Young), proceeded to examine my toes to see “what the issue was to her”, and then proceed to tell me what SHE thought it looked it. She told me nothing was wrong with them. What do you mean!? Her tone was not pleasant at all! She was loud and rude. She was not talking to or treating the other customers as such. I also noticed when Spanish and Caucasian customers entered the nail salon, they were treated with the utmost respect. I was talking to her in a soft and calm voice, not trying to draw attention to us or trying to embarrass her or the person that initially gave me a pedicure. Then I said to myself, maybe it’s just me. I’m overthinking. Young tried to fix my toenail by just adding more paint where the paint was missing and add clear, instead of just taking off the entire polish to fix it properly! She did not want to fix my other big toe nail. She told me nothing was wrong with it. As for my pinky toe nail, that toenail grows funny so I know how/what I like it and what needs to be done for me. The polish on my pinky toe nail was not smooth. It was lumpy. It just needed to be filed down some and repainted. Young didn’t want to do that either. However, she did, after I explained nicely that I do this all the time. The color in my pinky toes was lighter than the other toes nails. She proceeds to tell me (in a nasty tone/manner and loud)…”See! It’s lighter than the other ones! Everyone paints differently!” Which is totally fine, but as a professional if you see that the color is still lighter, you should put another coat or 2 to make sure it matches). She did not even try to fix it. At that point, I was seeing red, (still keeping my composure and remaining kind) I said thank you and I left. As I’m walking to my car, I noticed the polish on my big toe nail ran over my skin on the side. I was not going back in there to be yelled at or disrespected. I ended up going to another salon, and spending more money that I should’ve had to do. They are RACIST and RUDE. I will never go back to this nail salon again. If I am asking you do something and I am paying my money, you should be able to do just that (unless it’s against the law). There shouldn’t be any back and forth about what YOU think should be done and trying to embarrass me for no reason.

I used to love coming here because they would do a really good job. But over the passed few months I haven’t been having good experiences. Sometimes I wait over an hour for my appointment. Or they have someone else do my nails even though I asked for someone specifically. And the even the attitude I get when I try to speak to any of the workers. I’m very disappointed because ive becoming here for years and I always tip well. Unfortunately I’ll have to go to a new nail salon. I don’t recommend this place anymore. And with the price increase it’s just now worth the money.

I went in today because I heard they helped out with ingrowns. They did an amazing job taking it out! My toes don’t hurt anymore and I will be coming more often. Staff was really nice as well!

I have been doing here consistently every 2-3 weeks for over a year. The service is fantastic, from all the ladies. Young has been doing my nails and always makes them look great! I get my pedicures done by any of the other ladies and they are all equally as impressive. I have no bad words for this place.

Went to take my 8-year-old daughter to get a mani/ pedi. It cost $85. Provided a $20 tip just for the manicure to peel off within 4 days. There should be a separate price list for kids.

The place is okay and the ladies who work there are very sweet, but the manager (I believe she’s the owner) is very rude and mean with everybody, including the customers.

I have been coming here for years. After months of being told my favorite nail tech wasn’t available, I finally got an appointment with her to do a pedicure/UV gel take off/ regular gel manicure. I asked many times over the phone if I can have Paola only since anytime I get another tech my manicure chips within two days. I was told multiple times yes—to come in and only have her do my feet. Owner was rude and asked me how i expected paola to do my hands. Even though thats what i was booked for. Being 6 months pregnant and traveling in hopes that I get what I scheduled for. Enough to never come back.

Horrible experience!! I made an appointment for 1:00 PM & waited 30 minutes to be attended to. I shouldn't have to make an appointment if I have to wait 30 minutes; it does not make sense. They should only accept walk-ins if that's the case. The worker had a terrible attitude--horrible customer service. I will never spend my money there again!!

Was a client for years until i caught a fungus. If you go please make sure they sterilize their tools because when they are busy they go from client to client with out sterilizing their tools. Currently in treatment to get rid of the nail fungus.Service: Pedicure
