Prince, the owner of the showroom was so pleasant and helpful that he personally helped us with listening to our needs and not up sell anything to us with his interest in mind. The quality of furnitures I ordered and mind you...I ordered quite a few...they were beyond my expectations and was delivered on quick promised dates and with a service with a smile. I hope I generously tipped the delivery guys who were so respectful and accommodating. Prince kept me informed of all the crucial time lines and furnitures were delivered spot on and was set up as promised! I am a Realtor by profession and deals with many people from different walks of life...if price, quality and service is the top of your priority which I imagine is no other way...this is the place to shop! Quality furniture with prices that can't be beat. Every one of my friends were shocked with the quality and prices where they paid thousands more! “If you're looking for furniture look no further and head to Ashley’s in New Rochelle! Before coming to this Ashley’s location I was starting to get discouraged that I would never find a couch to fit through my tiny door in my new apartment. My mother and I went in late one evening to just look at a different location because we were in the neighborhood. As soon as we walked in, the angel named Donna Morgan greeted us! After hearing our concerns she said 3 magical words to us that gave both of us the best hope. “Guaranteed to fit!!” and she was right! She listened to our preferences and measurements and educated us on many different options. She understood our price range and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or like she was stalking us through the showroom. Donna knew all information about every couch and answered all questions with the knowledge she held. She saved the best for last and it was even on sale! I left with a beautiful couch purchase and an ease of mind that I wouldn’t have to be sitting on beanbag chairs for the next 5+ years lol. Eric was there as well and was very kind in helping us with our purchase too! The couch was soon delivered and put together by an amazing team. Eric even called after delivery to see how everything went! Amazing, caring, and intelligent service and I am so happy I stopped into Ashely’s in New Rochelle!”
