Summary: Service and communication is poor and bouquet didn't seem like a good value. I won't be using them again. I ordered through New Rochelle Florist, but this shows up as Sutton Florist.
I ordered using the website. It said I had ordered within time for same day delivery. But, nothing arrived the same day. I checked the website delivery details and seems that the ordering system didn't match with their delivery policy. OK, no big deal I guess, they should get delivered the next day. I called them to confirm -- no one answered. I emailed them twice to confirm and no one responded. Instead of being delivered in Wednesday, they were delivered Friday afternoon. I had ordered a premium bouquet. Usually when I order premium bouquets from other florists, they are a really nice large number of flowers with some open and some closed. These are all closed (lilies) and, from the appearance of the photo they sent, it doesn't look like a premium bouquet.

This flower shop goes under different names and delivers dead flowers. Also known as Rockland Flowers. They don’t answer the phone no way to get ahold of them. This arrangement was $100. They’re criminals.

Deserves zero stars. This was the biggest let down. The delivery date was ignored (not even an update despite the 5 day advanced order…) Nothing but the ballon looks like as I ordered. This was a major let down and unacceptable… the box of chocolate were cheap $2 chocolates from Walgreens…. Extremely dissatisfied, I should have payed closer attention to the reviews… need a full refund. This is not what I expected, see pictures.

Placed an order that was not delivered. No one contacted me to advise that it was not going to be delivered. When I finally reached the florist, the next day, there was no effort to make the situation better (a discount and future credit, something). Instead after multiple phone calls that are directed to an answering machine, I finally spoke to a woman who responded with sarcastic remarks and a terrible attitude. I won't be going back.

The worst experience I have ever had, horrible, I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place. I placed an order online for February 15, they took my money and the order arrived on the 16th. They never answer the phone no matter how many times you call, it is impossible.

Unfortunately, I have to hit one star. Otherwise there'd be zero stars. These were a Valentine's Day gift for me from my husband he paid over $100 for this bouquet contacted prof flowers who contacted the forest to send me a new bouquet which they never did I contacted the florist myself and first they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then the second time they hung up on me.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This business known under many names (East River Flowers in Manhattan, Sutton Flowers in New Rochelle) is either a scam or a hot mess of a business. Either way, report to BBB as I did; it is the only way this scam will be shut down. Charges to credit card are listed as FLOWERS BY SUTTON, NEW ROCHELLE Report to BBB here: Here is my BBB complaint: "Through Google I located a florist near my mother's nursing home in Manhattan, NY. I placed an order guaranteeing 'same day delivery'. After I placed the order, I called the florist to confirm, and the phone number went directly to a voicemail. The voicemail referred to another phone number, also a voicemail box (the voicemail box was full, no messages were allowed). I then searched for the 3rd Avenue Location and realized that the florist does not exist at the Manhattan address given online (820 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10022). I searched Yelp and found almost a hundred reviews stating the florist is a scam located in New Rochelle, NY known as "Flowers by Sutton". There is a $54.44 charge to my bank account from "Flowers by Sutton". The flowers did not arrive, and there is no customer service available. I sent an email, sent text messages, and called the business several times. This is a scam business that should be shut down by the State of NY." TO THE MANAGEMENT : Please don't bother writing a fake apology to this. The jig is up.

The order was called in by an out of town florist. Delivery on ticket said to be delivered on Friday. The flowers were delivered on Sunday at 2AM and the driver had the nerve to ring by doorbell. Flowers were all bent and half dead, Worst florist ever

Horrible florist! Do not buy from them. I ordered two bouquets 4 days ago for delivery yesterday. It was for my wife for our anniversary, but a regular Friday for most. At around 4pm I said let me reach out to them to verify delivery because usually flowers are delivered already. Well..... no email about delivery unable to leave a voice-mail and no response to my emails. And guess what no delivery. Real shame. Buyer beware. They also operate under other names like Rockland Florist in the Palisades Mall. Look at the phone numbers. If they match stay away. Never coming back.
