I’ve been coming to this place to get oil change for over 15 years and sometimes the waiting time was very long. I went back today and my experience was very pleasant. The place is under new management and the staff is very efficient and friendly. The place is also very clean and nice atmosphere.

Came in for an oil change and waiting three hours for them to tell me they didn’t have the filter to do an oil change. Told the person in front of me the same thing with a completely different car. The woman behind the desk was extremely unhelpful and spent more time on her personal phone than she did anything else.

Tried to get an oil change on a Saturday at 3:40pm. They told me they close at 4:00pm and they take the last vehicle at 3:30. However, the website clearly says that they close at 6:00pm on Saturdays. Smh...

Arrived this morning (August 22, 2016) and pulled up behind 1 vehicle already on lift. Was directed to enter the office where I was greeted by Lennard. I sat down with a fresh cup of coffee inside the A/C while watching the news. My vehicle rolled in and I was asked what type of oil I prefer. We discussed some options and then Kevin performed the service while checking all fluids/operations/etc. Was a smooth flow and I was out within 15 minutes. I was a bit skeptical because of some reviews I read prior but decided to give it a shot. I was told that a local person over at Chevy (across the street) was overseeing which made me feel that there was at least some professional backing. Take your vehicle here and ask for Lennard or Kevin. My truck was serviced greatly - not a joke and I wasn't asked to write this. I'm just bored off from work today and decided to give a thumbs up to this nice crew.
