Display shelves were empty everywhere. Although the items were placed in a cluttered manner, the store staff were very kind and explained clearly where to find what I wanted, and when I still couldn't find it, another staff member helped me find it. Thank you for your kind and pleasant response. It was like going on a treasure hunt as it was full of ideas to use in crafts.

I love New Rochelle dollar Tree store store doing good but Custumer make ALL that mess and they throwing down merchandise from the shelves they don’t know how nicely pick up what they need and then later they blame the store. It’s not good. Everything is everywhere.

This store has gone downhill from when it first opened. Today as I was going into the store, I got to witness a huge lady pull her pants down and use the bathroom in front of the store, right on the sidewalk by the north avenue entrance. On the left side of the front of the store, there’s a man sitting there asking for money & drinking his 40 oz., the only difference here is that he gets up to go pee behind the transformer in the parking lot instead of doing is biz on the sidewalk. All I want to know is WHY? Why can’t somebody do something about this? Why do people have to witness this? They were also other customers coming in with young children why are we (New Rochelle, the county of Westchester the govt, etc.) normalizing this behavior???
This is UNACCEPTABLE. These human beings should not be allowed to disrespect this property. I’m not saying that they’re not mentally ill. I’m not saying that they’re not homeless or anything like that just saying normal people don’t go around pooping & pissing in front of businesses. There is a great divide here, and someone has to take charge!

This store is by far the worst managed Dollar tree. I frequent these stores in the bronx weekly and they are much more organized, stocked and clean than this store. Every time I go here it’s always the same thing —-shelves of items that don’t belong together are in piles that you can’t even see the items that are supposed to be there—-stuff thrown everywhere even the floor- total disarray. Don’t bother going here unless you have no other option. It’s a shame really because people just walk out in disgust.

I called the store because I had a serious concern .. I left the store with a receipt that shows what I was correctly charged , yet my bank was charged 20 flat dollars more (not reflected on my receipt ) without my knowledge or consent . I called the store and asked for a manager , the woman I am transferred to says hello , and I say hello and ask if she is a manager and she yes . I begin by asking her name so I know whom I am speaking with for documentation purposes and she asks why I want her name and hangs up . I call back and she again hangs up .. I called back a third time and ask the person who answers what the managers name is and she told me the managers name was Tamara , as she says this I could hear the manager clearly asking her why she gave me her name and she raised her voice at that poor girl and then hung the phone up again … sketchy manager and a sketchy transaction … coincidence or caught ? I hope your store phone lines are recorded …Tamara needs to learn the basic tools of deescalation, managers should never escalate a situation , she also needs to be taught basic human interaction , how do you even work in retail yet alone management ?
