I had the pleasure of shopping for furniture at my Airbnb locally and I have to say, despite some of the negative reviews about delivery and service, I had a phenomenal experience with this establishment! Prince, the owner of the showroom was so pleasant and helpful that he personally helped us with listening to our needs and not up sell anything to us with his interest in mind. The quality of furnitures I ordered and mind you...I ordered quite a few...they were beyond my expectations and was delivered on quick promised dates and with a service with a smile. I hope I generously tipped the delivery guys who were so respectful and accommodating. Prince kept me informed of all the crucial time lines and furnitures were delivered spot on and was set up as promised! I am a Realtor by profession and deals with many people from different walks of life...if price, quality and service is the top of your priority which I imagine is no other way...this is the place to shop! Quality furniture with prices that can't be beat. Every one of my friends were shocked with the quality and prices where they paid thousands more! Give this local establishment a honest shot and I assure you Prince will make sure it's done the right way! I am a customer for life and will refer them for any opportunities I get. Did I say they have a great website with all things home decor related! Thank you Prince again for being a gentleman! Wish more people were like you!

I was pleasantly surprised by the greatselection of quality furnitures as well as top notch customer service, enhanced by a rather warm and charming store ambiance,and Prince, the friendly and charismatic owner/manager had us feeling relaxed and at ease almost instantlyOur sets arrived early and in pristine condition and was unboxed and set for us without a hitch.awesome service...5 stars ✨✨✨✨✨

We are repeat customers with Prince for these reasons: He is always extremely attentive and thoughtful with recommendations, he knows everything about furniture — you show him a photo and he knows exactly what you want along with measurements, he’s so very respectful and kind, his prices are fair and he’s an all around great human! Even though the delivery was delayed due to the holiday season, I received my sofa, and an expert technician took care of a minor inconvenience with bringing it to my second floor apartment in my walk up building. Will definitely do business with Direct furniture again, thank you guys!

We recently just purchased a dining set; table, chairs and server from Direct Mattress and Furniture. This is our 4th time coming back to them for furniture and the experience cannot get any better. They really know how to take care of repeat customers and make sure they do the right thing by them. The prices are very reasonable and Prince is very at tentative to details. My wife told him her vision of what she wanted and Prince did not disappoint. He was able to mix and match things to give us a beautiful modern sleek dinning set! Not only did they go above and beyond with their service, the delivery was fantastic! They were able to accommodate our work schedule and everything was delivered with prestigious white glove service. We will definitely be coming back again for more furniture! Highly recommend going to Direct Mattress and Furniture for all your furniture needs!
