I have to say that the lofts are well maintained, the Super does a good job of keeping everything clean and the doormen are pleasant. The lofts look new and modern. They have a huge problem, the walls between units are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors TV until 1 in the morning almost everyday (the upstairs neighbor - the high ceilings don't make a difference because the tubes, closets and the bathroom are badly built so the noise will travel through there). I can literally understand everything the anchor is saying in the neighbor's tv. I complained several times about this issue and nobody cares. My unit will be for sale soon and the poor bastard who buys it will think its a great unit and only when he sleeps there he will know its a poisoned apple. Apart from the TV there is also loud rap music on the weekends early in the morning, its like your own private club at home without having to pay the ticket. Complaining is not a good option because the neighbor sometimes likes to make fun of you and increase the volume. C'est tout.
