My concern is not so much with this specific CVS but all CVS pharmacies. I takes about 10 minutes to call and get throughto speak with a pharmacist. I have spent numerous hours trying to get through on various occasions. I then sometimes get a doctor voicemail or hung up on by accident. It is so frustrating! Also, the wait times and lines are often so long. Lastly, I find the prices at CVS to be substantially higher than most other drugstores. This review is not to the specific people who work here, it is the chain of stores.

Be sure to check your photos before you leave. They gave me 9 prints of blank whites then re-charged me when I reprinted them again.

While I realize that writing a review is likely futile, I do hope (likely in vain) that someone will see this and make some kind of change. I want to acknowledge that I believe many of the issues are because the pharmacy is understaffed. However, the way the pharmacy staff treats patients (both in person and over the phone) is absolutely unacceptable. They are at best indifferent and at worst cruel. I imagine that there are staffing issues--likely exacerbated by the pandemic--and that the staff is under a lot of pressure, but it truly is not an excuse for consistently treating people horribly.

Local Cvs is always there and rlly convenient, but they arent 24hr so that kinda sucks, but besides for that its great.

This pharmacy should be shut down. 1) It's ridiculous to have 2 CVS pharmacies on the same road. 2) The staff couldn't be more rude. 3) I never find any products I can't buy online. 4) They charge for prescription delivery, even if you live across the road. Might as well get anything online. 5) Finally I decided to never ever again to shop at CVS if I can go somewhere else. Only Costco pharmacy is equally horrible. 6) They buy cheap prescription drugs in bulk from 3rd world countries like China, India. The last prescription I had filled was fake like a sugar pill. I contacted the FDA and I sincerely hope they find this pharmacy is selling fake generic prescriptions. Beware! If that happened to you as well, let the FDA know. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The pharmacy staff is rude!! I has five items I wanted to purchase along with my prescription and the cashier rolled his eyes!!! Then there was some issue with my coupon (unexpired) and they had to call the manager and she rolled her eyes too! Never coming back again. If you don’t like your job then leave. Felt very disrespected

Awful! I asked for bags and they told me to go to the front to get some. I also waited for 15+ minutes for someone to open up the cabinet. The “manager” finally came with the key but didn’t even some apologetic for wasting my time. Yet I saw this short lady on her phone the entire time. Why couldn’t SHE open the cabinet for me???? Unprofessional.

Agree with others. This pharmacy is incredibly understaffed and for some weird reason they lie to you in the phone and say your order will be ready at a particular time and then it never is. Just tell me the truth and I will come later. Absolutely the worst pharmacy department I have ever encountered. Avoid.

If I could I would give it a zero star for my recent visit. I booked covid boosters for my teenager kids through CVS appointment booking system today but the pharmacy (store#5454) refused to give it to my kids. They said they haven't receive the teenager boost yet. CDC has approved booster for 12+ and CVS website clearly says it is ok to book appointmets. Very confusing and wasting time...

This is a terrible CVS- we were treated with such disrespect by the staff member named Christian who rang us up. He charged us for bags even though we had our own and when we asked for the bags to be taken off the bill, he kept saying "it's only ten cents" and he even went as far as yelling for us to leave. When we approached the manager who was standing there and witnessed the entire episode, we were told that we could get coupons for the inconvenience. The staff member was not reprimanded and I am certain he will continue to treat other customers with such direspect. Sadly our toddler had to witness all of this. It is a unfortunate state of affairs when entitled staff treat minority customers with some belligerence. Where are the consequences for these people?
