I visited this CVS expecting basic customer service, but instead, I was met with a level of rudeness that honestly made me question humanity a little. Rashead, the cashier, had a nasty attitude from the start—no greeting, no effort to bag my items, and not even a simple "have a good day." Just a cold, dismissive interaction that made it clear that courtesy was not on the agenda.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but when working in customer service, basic human decency should still apply. This wasn’t a bad day—it was bare-minimum, I-don’t-care energy. And frankly, it makes me wonder why certain employees are even in customer-facing roles if interacting with people is such a chore.
If this CVS values its customers, a reminder to staff that common courtesy exists would go a long way. Because if I wanted to feel invisible and disrespected, I could have just stayed home.

The CVS store at 222 North Avenue is a supper great store, not only they are stacked really well but the service is best of excellence. The Managers and the employees are trained very well and thus understand very well how to satisfy a customer.
The pharmacy is also very professional and good service oriented.
I highly recommend this store for your day to day needs.

The 3 stars are for the staff!! They are all very friendly and patient. The issue is the cost of the average drug store item in CVS!! THEIR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS!!!

Employees were all very helpful and polite store was very big and shelves mostly stocked. I couldn’t really find one of the products I went in for as the cosmetics area is a bit scattered and not well organized. However, it was clean and I got the rest of the things that I needed.

It's a bummer that everything is locked up now. What used to be a 5 min trip to grab essentials has turned into 30 mins of having to find an employee to help unlock what you need around the store.

This CVS is running pretty well despite all of the problems big box stores are having with thieves. They are understaffed but the problem is no one's trying to work retail anymore they do what they can with the staff they have the pharmacy always has a line again they could do with more staff there. The shelves are full again they do their best it's a hassle to get things from locked containers because they don't have enough staff to come out and do it. If New York hadn't become okay with savory this story be doing much better.
