The returns line can get quite long. Parking is a bit tight also but fairly large parking lot. They have Costco gas but again those lines are super long as well.

I love this place. I used to work here but at another location. They have everything you need only in Bulk. The did have some samples out. That was my passion was to serve people. Samples I'd give them and then give the coupons for their discounts on their products. I always sold out cause I'm good at promoting.

Bought 4 tires in March 2023, no problem; car was taken as per the appointment and com.pleted within the hour. Good service when your purchasing tires, not so when you have an appointment and find out that the car has not even been picked for an hour. I am then told that your next after asking where's my car and it still there with the red hat. Todays date. Will warn my friends to go to another more professional Costco

I Purchased lamb chops at this location the expiration date was circled but it within the use by date. It was spoiled. The second occurrence it was salmon with no expiration date and it was spoiled. Please be careful of the meat and fish it could potentially make you very sick or kill you. I returned it. Thank goodness I was the cardholder or they would not refund my money. No one can bring it back on my behalf. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase any meats or fish from them!

Like typical Costco warehouses this one has good prices, helpful staff and even sells gas at prices 15 or more cents cheaper than regular gas stations. Then why the three stars? Because the store manager and those in charge of inventory need to step up their act. A lot of popular items are frequently out of stock. More so than in neighboring warehouses like Yonkers and Nanuet. Another problem is apparently unique to this New Rochelle location if we're here a few minutes before closing time We see l-o-n-g lines at the check out counters where tempers sometimes run high and checking out can take 20 or more minutes. Whereas with thinning numbers of customers there should be no lines and they be out in under 5 minutes. The reason? About three fourths of the manned counters close, and also more than half of the self checkout stations. This is a lose-lose situation for all, including the warehouse, I'd think, since they still have customers till 30 minutes past closing time.

Only Costco in lower Westchester with gasoline. Always full of clients. Not enough handicapped spaces and regular people park in them. Because of the gasoline and easy out of 95, people come from many places outside the area

I loved this Costco ... I live in Nassau county but my local Costco was such a disaster I had to come to this one to first get a replacement card which was so simple and easy . The lady was so sweet and kind and then shopping here was so completely different then shopping at the westbury location. This store was not over run by mobs of people , I had the freedom to walk around and shop at my pace with our feeling the pressure of people rushing me behind me . I liked that I can go get milk and eggs and not be blocked by people , I liked that I can stand somewhere for a few minutes deciding on what products I want . Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the check out process took longer then expected.

This Costco has been my family's go to for years. I don't have many costcos to compare it too, but it's definitely large, has good hours, and has gas if you're looking for that. It's just a very busy location. Parking and getting in and out is honestly a nightmare sometimes just because it can get so busy especially on weekends. I encourage you to go early morning or weekdays. They have Great products and I'm always eager to get something there, the clothes are good too! The food court is great, easy to use, and the pizza I got was great! I tried to take photos of the store but a cashier told me to delete my photos I took as she saw me take some lol. So unfortunately none of the store but, but still it's a decent place!

I've Been To Costco In New Rochelle At Least Twice Last Month And Was Not Asked For My Membership Upon Entry. Today October 2nd, 2022 (Sunday) I Was Asked For A Membership And Advised The Gentleman At The Front That I Did Not Have A Membership, But Was Going To Obtain One Although I Was Never Asked For One. I Also Had Asked To Speak With The Manager Whose Name Is Alexis To Verify Things. The First Thing She Did Was Come Off Rude And Nasty, Not To Mention She BLATANTLY Said To My Face "This Is Why We Don't Want Your Kind Of People Here." You Don't Get To Insult A Black Women And Expect The End Result To Be Ok. So Not Only With Corporate Be Notified, The Better Business Bureau Will Also Receive A Report And Whoever Else I Have To Contact.

Love hate relationship with this corporate mega store ! But bulk get bulk discount prices. But just like Americans who are getting bulky around their middles. Is too much of something a good thing?

I would never visit this Costco again. I come here every week as I've been a member for over 8 years. Today I was walking in the entrance with a crowd and no one showed their membership card. "Al" at the front door started walking to me with an attitude asking to see my membership card. I told him it's in my pocket. Meanwhile this is all happening while everyone else is walking in without showing their membership cards. He started to get rude and is telling me if I have a problem I can go speak to a manager. What kind of employee talks to their customers like that? Why was I profiled out of everyone else to show my card. Is that fair??
