If you need an outfit you can find one here last minute especially with the time the store stays open ? cleaning , health , home , bath products toys and more . Only problem is the registers are always empty and the lines get long and take long aswell as the fitting rooms can't be used anymore. This place should have more employees. My go to when I need something quick I only dread the waiting on line.”

There was a specific belt that was sold out everywhere- online and in Bloomingdale’s, and Allen was able to locate one in their store and save my Christmas!I called, he secured the belt for me & I was able to pick it up after work and he wrapped it all perfect for me for my fiancé for Christmas. He was so friendly and kind.”
“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”

“I give this 4 stars for now only because when I went in the store I saw a sign that says "No refund or exchange on ANY footwear" but on the receipt it says "Refunds within 7 days and exchange within 14 days with receipt and tags, unused and in original condition" so then what exactly is it then? If I try on a pair of boots/sneakers and they seem to fit me there and when I get home and start walking around with them and then start feeling uncomfortable, I can't return them?? I am not going to be walking around the store for 20 minutes to see if I feel comfortable with them. I need to try them out at least when I'm home or around around my block. It's a good thing my boots fit me perfectly, because if they didn't I would have lost $80 on them.”
“So I'd like to talk about the excellent service I had today. Marcus and his team are such kind and patient people. I stopped in today to pick up uniforms for my boys who are so hard to please and picky. Marcus walked me through sizes, check stock for sizes that weren't out front he even search personally for sizes I wasn't able to find. While this may seem atypical it's not. Alot of stores are lacking true patience and customer service. MARCUS is a excellent manager, and he has an A team. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING IN SUCH A TRYING TIME. You guys Rock!”
