I would rate lower if I could! Literally just left this place completely dissatisfied! I came here because a good friend highly recommended them. Never again! Came in for a regular pedi and gel mani. They rush through everything and don't listen. The woman literally doesn't know her colors because she tried to match a very light milky white pedi to beige mani... hence settling for a clear mani and shown below. She rushed so much that she didn't even seal the nail properly. Luckily I noticed when I got in the car. She said "It was the way I put my hand into the light machine." So now we blame the customer? You're the nail tech who is supposed to inspect every nail before your client gets up from your table! I told that woman about 5 times not to rush on me... I might as well have told her to go faster. Thankfully she didn't cut me. I'm glad I didn't tip her! I tipped the lady who did my pedi. I have never left an establishment so upset! Prices are "good" service is horrendous and if you have natural nails like I do, they're definitely not for you because she filed my nailes off! You can tell they're used to doing tips and acrylic. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for". Oh it was the lady who sits at the first table with glasses on. HORRIBLE! Avoid her and this place at all costs! Not worth it!

Do not ever go to this nail salon. I was getting my gel nails taken off and they tried to pry them off - I told them n absolutely not it was incredibly painful and rips my nail off - they then proceeded to soak them for 20 minutes and then tried to pry them off AGAIN. It was excruciating AGAIN and the nail tech (male) got mad at me and told me he was can't do it and sent me on my way. Incredibly unprofessional, I would never go here again. This is how they left my nails, truly unbelievable.

Update for all - USE OF MMA DIP POWDER Since my last review , I went to get my nails redone properly and as she was soaking off my nails that were done at Charming Nails, she saw that the dip powder they applied was coming off of my nails "gummy." My current nail girl explained to me that this is because they used MMA dip powder product, which is illegal because of the long-term effects to your nails and the chemicals in MMA dip powder is harmful and not allowed in the US (typically bought off the black market or illegally imported). Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Charming Nails as they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and use illegal products for your nails.

This place is extremely unprofessional. The man’s mother, the old lady who sits at the first desk by the door, is very hostile and rude. She rushes everything and disrespects the client in their Chinese language. Let’s get to the only man who does nails. He is pleasant but rude and disrespectful when siding with his mother instead of correcting her. The old lady is very rude if you are not getting gel, and she pushes you to spend more money to make her happy. This place has good prices compared to the others in the area, but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." And thanks for responding, but you have never served me for me personally for five years and the fact still remains that this place serves customers based on race. And your response seems more upset at the fact that everyone believes that the old lady is your mother. You have never in your entire life given me, my husband or our daughters a discount. So don’t you dear lie like that. The fact still remains that your establishment is race base. I watched you attack a women of color from beginning to end and belittled her in front of your clients.

This nail shop is horrible, unprofessional and will be closed down sooner rather than later. Male owner slapped my hand away from him because I wasn’t holding my finger correctly for him to file.He pushed passed me throughout his rage of anger. I refused to pay for any services after such irate abuse.I will go through every single measure I can until this business is permanently closed.
